"Out of Control" Mira has the Genki Dama as his attack.

On a side note, they've introduced a new character at the Dragon Ball Heroes Insitute alongside Sora, Momo, Yoshito, etc. So meet Dr. Bikini...

I've just ordered UM2 for 3DS. Looking forward to it but haven't seen much discussion in this massive topic about the 3DS games? Are they fairly close in content to the arcade version?

That's because UM2 has it's own topic, since this sub forum has topics for individual games. It's not as active as this one, but that's because most people haven't bought it since the 3DS isn't region free and don't understand Japanese.

It has arcade content, and there is even an arcade mode that mirrors the arcade version, but it's not up to date and there is a lot of stuff missing that was released in the arcade after it came out.

There are actually several ways to play it without a Japanese 3DS, and it's very easy to play without knowing Japanese. I'm planning to make a visual guide showing people how to play when I have time, and I may even make an English patch for the game.

It looks like if you use the Arale badge, your robo becomes Arale https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T6TDdnwzZp0

Does she have a card in the game? I've never seen one.

Awesome, thanks for the info. I understand Japanese fairly well, but a visual guide would be great for most people!

Only thing I can think of one villain is that Cell thinks he's too perfect for everyone else to bother trying.
