Yes, we own the book, and we plan on documenting it over in the respective section of the site... but no, we will not be putting up complete scans of it.
Is there anything about it in particular you'd like to know?
GM? Galaxy Mission? Current sets are God Mission (GDM) and I'm going to assume that's what you meant. Anyway, we just had GDM2 released like two weeks ago, so GDM3 isn't due for another ~two months (July; around the debut of Super).
