He still has his body, and even seems to bleed and get bruised "normally", so I guess it wouldn't be out there that Chichi could get pregnant.

Would that affect the child in some way? Maybe? Perhaps?

Ignoring the whole moral quandary here, I'm gonna say no.

Goku doesn't undergo other bodily functions like the need to eat or breathe while dead, so I assume that most of his bodily functions are in some kind of stasis.

Plus I don't really care for the idea of Chi-Chi giving birth to half-Saiyan zombie manchildren.

Maybe it'll work like Vegetto. Vegetto was half deaddead if you think about it.

Goku was still able to eat. He doesnt need to eat, but that food must... go somewhere....

I think she would've gotten pregnant. From what we've seen, Goku's dead but it's not as if he's a ghost or phantom that can phase through objects.In regards to whether or not the child would be some kind of zombie, the series has shown us that it's possible to be half-alive/half-dead and still function normally. Remember, Vegerott is also a being made of an dead and living person.
