Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.
Yes, assuming Tagoma stays around Zarbon / Dodoria tier, Krillin would likely one-shot him with the utmost ease.
As for Shisami vs Piccolo, assuming they are completely on par with each other in terms of power, I feel it can go either way. If the battle drags on long enough, as long as he doesn't have a slight disadvantage in power, I could see the Namekian using his superior battle sense and knowledge to secure the victory.
If Base Gohan distracts Shisami with a ki blast, that would be the end for the bull looking monster, as Piccolo would use this opportunity to trash him with a Makankosappo.

Vegetto one shots.

I assume this is SSJ3 Vegito from the Buu saga, which is implied to be weaker than Beerus, and final form Frieza from F.
Tough call honestly. It's never really stated if Base Goku from F is the same strength as SSJG Goku or not. If so, then I have Frieza winning this. If not, SSJ3 Vegito probably wins.

That raging mode is incredibly temporary. Rildo will annihilate him afterwards. IIRC, Rildo also has regenerative powers thanks to his metal absorption.

Well yes, if the boost is temporary, then unless Vegeta one-shots Rildo (which would be difficult) he most likely won't come out victorious. However, if the boost lasts longer or Vegeta is able to sustain it long enough to dish out some major damage, I don't think Rildo has much of a chance.

Rildo wrecks Vegeta.

How low can you go
SSJ Gohan (post Z-Sword training) wins. He trained.
SSJ Gohan (Cell Games) wins. He's competent.
SSJ Gohan (start of Buu arc) wins. They're both losers, but one can still go SSJ2 after 7 years of no training. The other lost his mystic powers after 1-2 years, and doesn't even know if he can still go SSJ.
SSJ Gohan (F) beats SSJ Gohan (first transformation). The latter cannot control the form yet. Still, he has more heart than the former, and may come out on top with a rage boost.

SSJ Gohan (ROF) loses in all those match ups, excluding the one against SSJ Gohan when he first transformed.
Conclusion: It sucks to be a Gohan fan right now.
