Well, season 1 of the show ended, and at this stage, repeats would hurt ratings for the block as whole pretty bad. And DBZ Kai has been holding itself much better the leader of the block than AOT ever has. You also need to give airtime to newer shows to the block, too.

Well JoJo is getting a US release soon here in the US and it seems like it's going to be dubbed. So I think it could be JJBA that will be replacing Inuyasha. I doubt it will be Super since I doubt a dub will be out by next year. Super will likely be subbed first on Funimation's website first.
We might be seeing it a bit sooner than that. Funimation has a new project called Broadcast Dubs as in a Simulcast with a dub. DB is their baby so I'm pretty sure its a shoe in for a Simulcast Dub. I dont think it will reach Toonami so soon though.

There was some racing and boxing, as well as the SNL season finale. But regardless, this is quite a big drop off from last week. Only DBZ Kai and Kill La Kill pulled in some decent numbers.

I wouldn't say regardless, major sporting events and SNL's season finale combined would explain this drop quite reasonably. Sometimes major stuff near a show's timeslot can hurt it quite bad.

I'm curious how you actually define things.
You've labeled this week a 'great week', but on the ratings from a week earlier, where Kai had better numbers in every way, you labeled as 'average'.
I question if you know how to actually read and go over the ratings, or if you are just pasting in the info and adding a random comment to make it appears you've done something.
