Doujinshi question

I have always wondered.... who created the doujinshi that introduced "Goku's mother" Tannipu (I assume a pun on Turnip.... Tane-ip-U) ? I mean she is a popular fan made character and I like her character design (we finally know what side of the family Raditz got the hair from!

). Anyway I hope someone can answer this because I have never seen the doujinshi that she originally appeared in.

Actually I'm also searching for this doujinshi. I know it exists but I have never seen it except for a few drawings posted on the internet. I will try to find where I saw them again.

I always kinda assumed Raditz took after his mother.

Was it the one called "Runner"? Or was that the one that had the (somewhat, I guess) popular representation of Vegeta's mother in it? I don't own that one either way but I saw it on eBay recently.
