You're applying the main timeline Goku's power to the movie Goku's. Movie Goku can be as strong as the movie makes him.

How strong do you have King Cold when he first shows up? I imagine if he powers up to 100% with the same multipliers as Frieza, he should be pretty powerful. Depending on how strong he is in the form he was shown in, it could possibly take up to Grade 2 Trunks to take him down in my opinion.

The way Freeza's forms work, they are limitations on themselves; they don't make you stronger. I don't think there is a multiplier here. They just shove down as much ki as they feel like it.

Cold is repeatedly said to be weaker than Freeza, and Trunks gives him time to transform. The fact that he doesn't is proof enough that he is, in fact, weaker than Freeza.
For all we know, Cold's already in his final form, anyway. EoB may not be in the main continuity, but Toriyama did design Chilled, and he doesn't look anything like Freeza's final form. And we have other characters like Cymbal and Tambourine who look hardly anything alike, yet are the same species.

So basically the specific sequence of their transformations could be different. Meaning, what could be Frieza's first form could be Chilled's final form, and what could be Cold's final form could be Frieza's second form. If this is what you meant, I've always wondered about it as well.

SSJ3 Goku takes this with ease. Even in the Buu arc, I don't think Base Gotenks was stronger than SSJ3 Goku.

Goku's kinda hard to place in this movie. It depends on how hard Beerus was trying against him, Gohan, and Gotenks, respectively. Assuming Beerus put forth equal effort against each, then that would make Gohan the strongest, as he actually managed to do something, at least. I'd put Goku above SSJ Gotenks here.

I've always had Base Gotenks more comparable to the SSJ2's. So Goku takes this pretty easily.

I'm one who believes in the: SS Goku (M6) > SS Goku (M5) > Base Goku (M6) Base Goku (M5) = SS Goku (Namek) hax, so I have Metal Cooler stronger than Final Form Cooler who I'd place around 2nd form Cell or so. That being said, I'd say even the initial Metal Cooler would take all of these fights handily.
