Vegeta looked like he was going to fight someone which I doubt will happen in the 1st episode.

I let the teaser sink in a bit. Some points I'm noting:

- The footage we saw obviously takes place after Battle of Gods and before Revival of F.
- It's probably from the first episode of the series (teasers like this usually are)
- Was it explained in Revival of F why Goku and Vegeta were training with them? Maybe this series will explain that, and explain where Goten and Trunks were at as well.
- Animation looks like I expected. So glad there's a bright color palette for a Dragonball sequel.
- Opening sounds cool.

I mean, that's all I can really say about it. Hope it's good.

Yeah,it look like he was activating his god power similar to how Goku did against Freeza.

This trailer feels better than ROF and BOG. It feels more like the real deal. And did anyone notice Goku Says Super and not DragonBall Cho.

Beerus is awake, this is clearly after both BoG and RF.

Goku going Super Saiyan kinda explains why his hair didn't turn blue when he went SSJ against Beerus in BoG, but I'll be massively disappointed if this isn't the case and SSGSS never appears again.

This certainly isn't right after BoGs and before RoF. The mentioning of the new villain being stronger than Freeza makes that clear as I'm pretty sure they weren't talking about Namek Freeza. Not to mention Beerus wouldn't be awake if it was right after BoGs.

It's after RoF. Either Goku has lost his god power or he can utilize both transformations.

That doesn't make much sense considering the whole thing about the new villain being stronger than Freeza. I'm pretty sure they didn't mean Freeza from the Namek Saga when saying that.

I know it doesn't make much sense. In ROF Goku says that if he uses SSJ with god powers, his hair will turn Blue instead of Gold/Yellow(not with this words, obviously). Maybe Goku powering up is a flashback?

This can't be before ROF, though. Gohan has his EOZ look for the first time. This has to be after ROF, but not by more than a few months since Goten and Trunks are still kids.

Gohan's civilian BOG look is this:

He has barely slighty diferent clothes in Super trailer. Videl has the same hair. Goten wears even the same outfit lol.

Does Gohan actually look that in BOG or ROF? Because as far as I know, he's debuts this look for the first time in modern DB. Which indicates Super is leading up to EOZ and takes place after ROF.

And Gohan also had his EOZ look for the first time as well. Gohan never looked like that prior to ROF.

Music sounded good, anyone got a translation of what Goku is saying? Might reveal more about the plot.

They could have shown scenes before a time-skip, but there's even a chance it will differ from the official story due to a certain character's time-traveling abilities.

Still confusing to figure out when it is set even after seeing this preview.

It was never pronounced Dragon Ball Cho. The katakana has always spelled out Doragon Boru Suupaa. "Cho" is just a part of the logo, not the official title.

I think Toriyama still views the cast too old after DBZ which is why Super is pre-EOZ. Maybe the first episode of Super have a intro talking about what happen in the next 5 years before EOZ. I doubt they are doing it to keep GT in the same timeline when the last two movies pretty much GT out the window so far. Someone will say "What about the merchandise that Toei and Bandai make off from GT?!". [8:39 PM] Yamato 012: It doesn't matter If they make GT toys and have characters in the video games. They can still ignore the events of GT and yet still make merchandise out of it. Look a franchise like Godzilla for example. They always ignore the last movie series before and still make toys of the monsters from the past movies. I think if they make a official timeline for everything DB related, GT could be a official alternate timeline to the series. Even Xenoverse made GT into a different timeline.

Seriously, I'm shaking with excitement right now. They showed off way more than I expected, especially for a 15 second ad! The animation looked pretty impressive as well, even though it was only a few quick shots. There were so many characters and so much variety! Get the feeling that those scenes with Goku at the start are from the opening for some reason. Great to see Kaio, too. Will be interesting to see who's voicing him.

Honestly, I'm not too fussed about Goten and Trunks. People develop at different rates, after all. I hardly changed between the ages of 10 and 13.

Everything was great expect for the music. It felt flat and boring. I'll reserve my thoughts until I hear it in full.

1. I bet Son-Kun can choose to go SS or SSGSS at will. That would make sense.

2. Piccolo you need a new outfit SO bad!

3. Lord Kaio is driving his car which means he has his Planet restored! (Meaning its after BoG at least)

4. Whis and Lord Beers. (Point 3 confirmed!)
