I have my AMV footage ready to be put onto a dvd, but I want to be able to make a DVD menu so I can select which AMV I want to play. Is there a program that i can use to create a DVD menu?

One of the cheapest solutions (I think it has a free trial) is DVD-lab. It's actually what I've used for our last two AMV DVDs. Just keep in mind that you have to know what you're doing in order to make a DVD...
