ROFL Although to be fair, I think that whole "reviving people" rule is simply a self-made rule on Gennie's part since he probably sucks at doing it unlike Shenron here. XD
Genie says "It's not a pretty picture, I don't like doing it!". He revives the dead as they are (ie, rotted). The dragons technically do the same until Porunga restores Krillin "as a favor".
Vegeta ask the people of Earth if they have ate already the Vegeta cup noodle
the people of Earth answer with a "Yeeah!!" "It was delicious!!" and "I have ate it!!"
then Vegeta answer with a "Alright!!"
