Also can anyone recommend me some nice figures around the 20-30 dollar mark? I'm supposed to be getting some money soon and just wanna buy me another nice figure for my collection.

I don't buy figures a lot so I'm not sure what kinda amazing ones are out there.

A project that I wanted to do was buy a bunch of key chain figures and this christmas make a mini Dragonball christmas tree with the 4 star ball on the top glowing but that might cost me to do that.

I could only find the one you wanted in a set of seven, but it's a little pricey cause you can't get them individually. Some of the other ones in the set are pretty cool though.

As for you're other question I would look at some at some of these Master Stars figures, they're around the price you were looking at and they are quite nice as well.
