Toei Animation said that the series is already licensed in the latin american countries, but by themselves, and not by FOX, that only distributed the movie Revival of F.

Toei is the one that license their anime for Brazil and Latin America. At least, they only did some kind of aliance with other local licencers for some marketing and help in the negociations.

But their franchises are in general licensed in Latin America and Brazil by themselves. The only exceptions since 2006 are Zatch Bell and Digimon Fusion, that came by Viz Media and Saban Entertainment respectively.
