SSGSS and SSJ2 come in real close in my opinion. I honestly love the sharp facial aesthetics, in conjunction with the clean-cut hairstyle that SSJ2 Goku proudly rocks. As for SSGSS, the specific shade of blue, coupled with his new outfit really gives him an enhanced look overall.

Purposely omitted. Goku only briefly showed those off once, and the art was pretty fugly. They're just SSJ on steroids anyways. =P

1. Super Saiyan - Can't go wrong with the classics!
2. Super Saiyan 2 - It doesn't look that different from Super Saiyan, but that's actually a good thing.
3. Super Saiyan God - Very refreshing design, I think it manages to radiate pure power despite the "base form" look. Maybe it's because it shares Kaioken's red. I'm not super into the concept of it, but it looks neat.
4. False Super Saiyan - If we're really counting it, then I admit it looks really cool. Reminds me of Goku's first transformation to SSJ with the pure white eyes.
5. Super Saiyan 3 - The eyebrow loss is ridiculous. Otherwise I'm pretty neutral about it.
6. Blueper Cyan - Looks like an MSPaint drawing a 10-year-old uploaded to DeviantArt. Has a stupid name. Takes a stupid concept and makes it stupider. No love for this form whatsoever.
7. Furry Monkey Man 4 - I'm barely even willing to acknowledge this is a thing. Too ugly to exist.

That's pretty much my list, except Super Saiyan God is a variable for me. I don't hate it, but I don't like it without the aura. With that said, the aura completely makes the form for me and I would rank it 3rd with it and move everything elese down a slot. As for the rest, I don't think Super Saiyan can ever be topped design wise. Although if you asked me this question twelve years ago, I'd rank Super Saiyan 4 at the top. My tastes have sort of migrated away from bold, large and bulky, hence why 4 and 3 are way down the list. With that said, I still hold a nostalgic love for both. False Super Saiyan is at the bottom because I never considered it a transformation. I honestly never could figure out why they didn't just go ahead and go all the way with it. Unless the movie came out before it was shown in the show or something. Even still, it's just a really meh form for me.
