Just wondering, do you guys think Super's existence has had any impact on whether we get more movies in future? Now that Toei has a constant source of new DB material that Toriyama is also involved in, is all of the focus going to be on Super over the next few years? Or do you think we'll still be seeing more movies that tie in with the new series in some way?

There's not a doubt in my mind that we'll get more movies. We'll probably see one once every two or three years.

Movies are an easy, controlled way to make money off of an event release, so we probably will get more movies.

If Dragon Ball Super ends up being a long running anime, like 100 episodes and more, do you think movies will be made during Super's run?

I'd guess Super, but maybe an unrelated filler plot, now that the series seems to be covering the path the movies would follow.

Couldn't they move back there years later with their daughter? Goku says Gohan moved to the city to make his studies easier.

It almost certainly depends on whatever is going on with OP and Oda, because there hasn't been a One Piece movie since I think 2012, and when the next one does get announced, it's going to suck all the resources away from everything, Dragon Ball included. @_@

I still think it's amazing we managed to get F before a new OP movie was announced. Dragon Ball is way more global than One Piece, but Toei's proven they sometimes do lean local despite the potential global market.

I agree that she seems like a different character. In OVA 2008, 2 years have passed since Buu and she still was the same.
In BOG it was when she first appeared girly (in the new stuff) but 4 years had passed and a lot can happen. Beside she was pregnant and getting closer to her EOZ design, so it wasn't a big deal and more like a welcome change.

But now only after 6 months since Buu. she is already girly and a housewife. Defintely not the same tomboy that was fighting crime in the previous arc. And there's wasn't enough time for her character to grow like that.

Given Pan shows saiyan strength at a young age and has already learned how to fly I wouldn't find surprising they decided to move out to a place where damage control isn't that hard.

I think that it will use the Z branding. The Z is an important part of the international marketing: Attack of the Saiyans used the Kai brand in Japan, but the Z one elsewhere, not even "Z Kai", just Z.
I wouldn't be surprised if the series is called "Dragon Ball Z Super" in international releases.
