I hope if they retcon EoZ, they do it the way they are doing with the movies, just changing small things. I would see EoZ being almost unchanged except for Bulma's line "We haven't seen each other for 5 years" and Pan/Bra being older if we aren't changing SSG ritual. Also they could change characters outfits and maybe some of their design. Uub must be kept and I would like to see his story after he leaves with Goku.

Uub has to be kept because Gokû's line about wanting him to return as a good person was said before Super began.
I mean, they could do anything they want really; it's possible they'll retcon him out if Toriyama doesn't have any interest in writing him, but the same could be said of Bra too I guess. I don't care about Uub (because he feels too much like younger Gohan and not enough like a new individual), but I'd be sad if they got rid of Bra; even if most of my enjoyment of her character comes from lots of cute fanart of her interacting with Vegeta and Vegeta trying to parent her. (Pan's the only one I think is pretty much a lock for getting to stick around, I think).

I dunno, I just like Gokû seeking out new opponents (or them seeking him out) better than him trying to raise one.

Eh, not really. With only like...a very rare few exceptions (Trunks' super-buff SSJ form), getting "stronger" in DB/Z means your strength, speed, durability, etc. all increase. Your overall "battle power" increases. Pretty much every significant bit of training does this, pretty much every transformation does this.

Except that they dont start at the same level. lets say on the scale Goku's strength was 10 his speed was 7 and his durability was 4 after he transforms into an ssj his strength becomes 500 his speed becomes 350 and his durability becomes 200. You sorta get the picture from there. Majin Vegeta was able to blow himself up because his ki power was beyond his ability to withstand it, When Vegeta shot that final flash at perfect cell, Cell even said it himself that if he was to take that attack he would have been dead, But perfect cell was way more durable than Vegeta therefore there is no way that Vegeta would have been able to survive if his own attack was to hit him.

It doesn't suddenly mean that SSJ increases speed to a different degree than it increases strength or anything like that. It increases...ki. And ki boosts all fighting 'stats'.

EoZ still is a great ending to DBZ for me, and I like that they are exploring the 10 years gap.
Goku training a new warrior feels like Goku is finally a master. As of Super he is still trained by King Kai and later by Whis.
I think by EoZ Goku and Vegeta not only are the strongest warriors in the universe, but the strongest warriors of ALL the universes.

I'm pretty sure they balance their strength , speed ,power etc for their liking.

for example goku takes away a little of power for speed and vegeta takes a little pf speed away for power.
it would make 0 sense if they have a "set" of stats and cant change it.

Little bit of everything. I'd like to see:

-Princess Vegeta (all Vegeta-ish traits carrying over, including the desire to best Gokû and become number 1, but in this universe she's also doing it to defeat him since in this Uni he'd be--)
-"ineffectually evil in that Dr. Slump kinda way" male Kakarrotto
-non-lazy, buff Yajirobe
-Tall Kuririn (like, Piccolo-level tall)
-18 with long hair
-male Chi-Chi
-a Yamcha without Yamcha's bad luck (i.e., one that's actually on Tenshinhan's level of strength and is helpful in battle).

It wasen't meant to represent his real stats, I just did an example to show that Goku's strength is naturally higher than his durability and speed. If he wanted to make himself more durable, he could lower his strength and make his durability stronger or lower one of his stats to make the other one higher.

But cant you see that he cant do that? If Goku tried to tank an attack he would need some time to concentrate ki to increase defense and durability but in most of the fights it proves to be unsuccessful because there is not enough time to do it. Frieza was able to peirce thru SSJGODSSJ Goku because he kept his defense low, And with what we seen Gou should already have reaction speed of million times faster than light, but he couldnt dodge or tank a laser blast. Same goes when he took cell, if he concentrated his ki on his body, he could have created some defense and survived that cell explosion, but he didn't have enough time again. Characters in DBZ dont take turns fighting, when they fight everything happens too fast. And Goku's has to be naturally durable in order to survive even when his defense is lowered. That shows that he already has a weakness.

And why wasent Vegeta able to survive when frieza destroyed the earth? He was obviously stronger than him? Was it because he didn't have enough time to concentrate his ki to increase his durability? There is simply too much flaws in there and concentrating your ki into others aspects only works if there is enough time for you to do it which there is rarely any.

I hope its whole new universe since Toriyama is creating brand new characters. I hope there is a different type of ki, i hope there are different types of planet shapes like square,triangle,oval, diamond planets lol the possibilities are limitless!!! And I hope that there are a complete new types of gods who are omnipotent that Goku can fight with!

He probably was killed by the explosion.

Except if you tried to hold your breath while in the vacuum of space your entire body would explode. Which is why breathing in space is impossible, and why I wish people would use the term "SURVIVE in space", because NOBODY can breath in space.

This...really isn't the point.

At the start of this, you were saying you wanted new forms so that they can improve all their 'stats', speed and durability and stuff as well as just getting stronger.

The point is almost every power up, barring a rare few like Trunks' buff SSJ form, in DBZ, increases all your 'stats' like that. You can redistribute them by adjusting your ki/aura, yes. But when they say, "Now Goku's done super-intense training, he's 10 times stronger than before!" they don't just mean his strength went up. They mean his overall ki went up. So he's stronger, he's faster, he's more durable. That's generally Dragon Ball's usage of words like "stronger".

A power-up increases their ki. A transformation increases their ki. Training increases their ki. The difference is flashy lights.
