Okay, for one, just a reminder: the audition thread is probably gonna close on Monday instead of this Saturday, but I would suggest that, if anyone who hasn't auditioned yet is still interested in participating, you put up your auditions soon! We may have had people try out for all the roles already, but some of them we don't have many tryouts to choose from. A little more room for choice for us casting directors would be kind of nice. ^^;

Also, for opening music. It seems like we're gonna go for someone singing the English version. So far we've only got one person who's put something up for that, so I would encourage some more people to try out for it, even if you don't think you sound so great singing it (you could always sound better than you think you do, I mean!). I would actually like to try to arrange a semi-choral rendition of the intro with voice clips from several people (I think it'd be kinda neat... .__.), so I may ask for some of you guys to send me files of you singing the theme to see what I can make of it. (Please don't shoot this down too fast, guys--I'd at least like to have a chance to see what I can do with putting this together and seeing how it sounds! ;_; )
An important question, though, I need to ask... what version of the English lyrics are we gonna sing? Are we aiming to sing the actual translation, a different English version of the song entirely (of which I've seen one, and yes, it is vastly different D: ), or is there a version Hironobu's done that uses the actual translation with a few modifications to the lyrics to make it easier to sing? (I've tried practicing with the actual translation a bit, and it's not very easy to sing it in-time with some of the words...) It might make it a bit easier if we decided what version the interested people should probably sing ahead of time... I mean, sure, it'd make it pretty interesting to have parts of it in Japanese and some from one English version and then some from another English version (here I'm thinking about the choral thing I'm wanting to try, sorry), but it'd also be very confusing as well...
Okay, one last thing: what's the status on the scripting, guys? Here I'm looking mostly at Eclipse, but if there's anyone else who's done any work with it, I'd like to know how things are going... o__o;

. Tommorow, I'm going to my cousin's place, and while I'm there, I'm going to go to the video rental place nearby and pick up Movie 3. Unfortunately it's the Pioneer DVD, so I have no idea if Daimao's subtitles are on it (Are they? Anyone?), but I can at least start writing a script.
