But the kryptonite didn't play a factor at all. Goku destroyed it.

Pretty much. I think this is probably how the episode will begin. Though shouldn't Piccolo be dead? Everyone else died. Supes killed his entire world as well as Goku's (well it was a composite world they seemed to share)

Come to think of it, I can't think of any DC heroes who are like that (although I can name several DC villains and Marvel heroes with that personality trait).

I wonder how they are going to determine Godku's power..
Given that in the previous video, they used "the gravity formula" and then applied the official(and fanmade in the case of SS4) multipliers from there, I'm expecting the same here, but SSGod does not have an official multiplier.
As far as I can see, there's only one solution and that's going with the logic that Super Saiyan God gives a bigger boost than merging with the potara would and the multiplier for potara merging is only ever given in the Super Exciting Guide, namely Vegetto = Vegeta x Goku.
Even if some might not agree with Vegetto's battle power being a multiplication of Goku and Vegeta's battle power, that's the only thing we have to go on, so I can't see how else they could determine Godku's power.
Incidentally I Wonder what Goku's ScrewAttack stats would like, if they were all squared...

I assume they won't have time to take into account the recent feats from the last two episodes, so once again they won't have accurate info regarding Goku's strength at the time of release. Not that it would matter much in the long run, because I'm sure Goku would beat New 52 even without those feats and would lose to other Supermen even with them, but it's something fans will make a fuss over.

SSJ4 never had an official multiplier either. They'll probably just make something up.

Wasn't that more or less Wonder Woman's weakness that Batman considered as a way to neutralize her as a possible threat (a plan later put into motion by Ra's Al Ghul)? That, once engaged with an opponent, she psychologically could not bring herself to stop fighting until one of them was defeated?
