That's General Bon, the leader of the Red Pants Army. The Red Pants Army is an organization bent on restoring the greatness of the Animal-Human nation. The Red Pants Army also eventually joins up with the Time Breakers. These are all stories from Dragon Ball Online.

Oh wow, I didn't even notice that that was a 'P' there, not an 'R'! I think I vaguely remember the new army from the DBO timeline stuff, so I'm happy to see it making a comeback even if it's just via Heroes.

Mira's hair is making me think of Future Gohan. Especially his new form which reminds me of the T3/Raging Blast 2 hair SSJ Future Gohan had. If anything it seems like Mira went Super Saiyan. Weird how the card has him with SSJ Future Gohan like hair, but GDM3 has his hair be unchanged.

The thing is, is that Mira has Saiyan genetics in his DNA. Which is why he has a Super Form to begin with.

I'm guessing you didn't read my later posts or see GameTagerZ's post with the Shonengamez scan? He did go "Super Saiyan", and this isn't the same form as last set like we initially thought. It's a new one and the design is properly reflected in the game.

Now hold on, lol. You may be on to something there. It actually could be main timeline Gohan. There aren't many other Saiyans that have had larger roles left that are yet to get the Super Saiyan 3 treatment. I'm not saying I think it's him, but it's certainly a good idea.

Okay finally have the means to sort things out, which may have been a pointless endeavor if they all eventually get cards like the general...

Saiakkuman - The gaudy Akkuman dude
Haru Haru - The purple Time Breaker Majin

And everyone glossed over the fact that Old Piccolo Daimao joins the fight? This could mean the Mazoku are coming too.
That sure looks like Tarble, which may finally mean cards for Abo, Cado and Aka.
The last one may be Gohan... But as an adult with his Namekian outfit? With a cape and Namekians boots, I don't see who else could it be.

What I want Heroes to do is showcase that three way war between King Piccolo, the Red Ribbon Army, and Babidi that Percel from XV had to deal with. Seriously, that needs to be shown somehow.

Okay, well, we have SS3 Future Trunks and SS3 GT Trunks--do we yet have SS3 Xenoverse Trunks or is that inevitably what this is going to be? Yep, the shape of the legs/feet check out.

As far as the one in the middle goes, it looks kinda misleading--at first it looks like he's only a little short, but you can't even see his legs at the bottom, which means he's very small: Super Saiyan kid Goku?

EDIT: Wait, scratch that. You can see the silhouette of his feet, which means he has a very... weirdly wide stance.
