They're both around the region of SSJ2 DBM Vegetto. Of course, the question is, how much stronger is he than Buu Saga Vegetto, who Beerus is much, much stronger than...I dunno, honestly. They might find a way to outsmart Beerus between them.

Note: I'm going to exclude Super Buu from this, as I think he and Frieza are practically on par with one another.

Frieza stands around with disgust as he finds himself surrounded by such feeble opponents. However, the thought of killing the two Saiyans he passionately despises, along with the unstoppable creature that his father had advised him to stay away from is enough to form a sinister grin on his face. Knowing full well that he'll have the luxury of walking away from this foolish scuffle unscathed, the tyrant gives his pathetic opposition the opportunity to attack first.

Try as they might, even their deadliest attacks fail to leave anything even remotely akin to a scratch.

Growing bored of their pathetic struggle for survival, Frieza blows a mighty gust of wind with a simple breath and sends the group spinning uncontrollably in a massive tornado. Wanting to eliminate the irrelevant weaklings first, the tyrant jumps into the tornado and immediately incinerates both Perfect Cell and Super Perfect Cell. He then jumps out of the whirl of wind, and causes it to explode with a wave of his hand. After the smoke clears, he lets out a malicious chuckle as he finds his foes half dead on the floor, barely even able to move. Deeming Majin Buu as a complete waste of time, the tyrant walks over and instantly obliterates him by unleashing an explosive laser from his eyes. Just as he is about to turn his attention to the others, Kid Buu strikes from behind with a sucker punch. Although completely undamaged, Frieza frowns with annoyance. He immediately turns around and shows his attacker how a real punch is executed by uppercutting him straight in the abdomen. Debilitated by a level of pain that he's never felt before, Kid Buu falls to his knees and grabs his stomach. Although watching the vile menace writhing in agony gives him a good laugh, he decides to put him out of his misery with a powerful wave of energy.

With a malevolent smile he turns his head and glares at the two he had been saving for last.

"Now the real fun begins Saiyans..." he says as his eyes light up with excitement.

Kuririn and Yarijobe win after a hell of a fight.
Kaioshin is equal to this Goku IMO. Piccolo and Kaioshin win by overwhelming Goku.

-Gast Carcolh is a fusion of every still-living Namekian, with Nail and Guru as the base, in the Namek arc, initially formed to fight Freeza. He possesses great magical power and I think is said to be on par with SSJ2 Vegetto (this is the DBM Vegetto, 20 years after the Buu Saga, which is also the time period Gast is pulled from). IIRC this 'power level' takes his magic into account and he'd be lower without it.

-"Zen Buu" as fans like to call him (pun on "zenbu", Japanese for "everything"), defeated the heroes, absorbed Goku and co., and eventually absorbed everyone of interest to him/with relevant power or abilities in his universe. (Or even interesting skills, like some musicians.) (Though neither GT nor the new god-stuff is in DBM.) He's also, I believe, around SSJ2 DBM-Vegetto's level. He's hyper-intelligent enough to really abuse the hell out of Buu's natural abilities, but he has a constantly-unstable and changing personality due to all the people he's absorbed.

From the time period when he first used grade 2? (i.e. post one RoSaT day) Cell. I believe Cell only started showing concern partway through Vegeta's ascension to grade 2, implying that even already starting to go beyond SSJ, Vegeta's power hadn't surpassed his until then.

1-4) The boys take it handily. They're too strong for Piccolo. Even a weaker Gohan in SSJ can one shot what Piccolo can not, and Goten alone made it difficult for Gohan to simply defend against.

5-6) Gohan because of the skill advantage and power advantage in both. Though in post he has a more difficult time against the 2 of them.

7-8) Goku or Vegeta take this as they're significantly stronger, more so than Gohan, and are a lot more skilled.

9) Goten has no problem beating Goku

10) Goten stomps Goku

Darkseid is a multiversal god who almost caused the destruction of the DC universe when he wanted to step inside and simply exist. DBZ is toast.
