Why didn't Fut. Bulma tell Fut. Trunks about Gero's Lab?

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

Good point. Although I doubt they'd be able to get such an incredible boost in power in their SSJ1 form unless they break through the SSJ barrier or master the SSJ1 form.
Gohan already made some impressive gains after his initial scuffle with 17. With a full year of nothing but training, both he and Trunks would have presumably surpassed the boundaries of a regular Super Saiyan. Regardless, even without unlocking Grade 2 SSJ, they probably would have gained enough strength to effectively rid the world of the evil that was plaguing it.

Because the androids likely weren't worlds above them, the gap could have easily been bridged with a bit of training in my opinion.

Gohan was fairly weak for an SSJ in the manga though, since 17 stated he only used half his power when they last fought.

Because a wizard made her forget? *shrugs*

There is no in universe explanation. Old editor dissaproved of 19 and 20, Toriyama thought of new androids, needed Gero to escape to activate them, and needed the Z Fighters to be actively coming after him instead of waiting for the threat of androids attacking again...so past Bulma knew information that future Bulma should have known.

Again, neither he nor Trunks had the opportunity to give their training undivided attention. With a full year of increased gravity, zero distractions, and the privilege to spar with one another, both Saiyans would have made tremendous improvements. While the androids were stronger, surpassing them after getting in some quality training wouldn't have been a major milestone for the heroic duo.

When Trunks came to tell them about the Androids, he didn't know about Dr. Gero -- only the RR army. Bulma recommended them wishing to the Dragon to figure out where they were being built, but they nixed her idea. She only figured out it was Dr. Gero when she saw him in the battlefield and recognized him.

In the future timeline, 18 and 17 destroy Dr. Gero before they even attacked the first time. Bulma never knew it was Dr. Gero behind the attacks, so she wouldn't have thought to go to his lab.

No. Trunks did tell Goku about Dr. Gero. And then Bulma suggested asking Shenlong about his location. Then you have Goku saying that they can't kill him since he technically hasn't done anything evil yet.

Ug, yeah, I just rewatched the episode last night and saw that -- I forgot that Trunks actually mentioned his name, not just "red ribbon scientist". I thought she only recognized Dr. Gero later.

It is possible that Future Bulma just didn't read the same "scientists who's who" as Present Bulma and didn't know where he lived, since she didn't mention until after the 3 year break when she saw him. She clearly doesn't know who he is before the 3 year break when she sees him in Robot form.

She only recognized Dr. Gero later because they weren't aware that Dr. Gero had become a jinzou-ningen, and was originally under the impression that Dr. Gero had been killed by his creations.

Either way, there is no reason to believe Future Bulma knew the precise whereabouts of Dr. Gero's lab.
