I have the entire series so far in Parts, so for uniforms sake I was hoping to keep it that way but at this point I'm starting to lean towards a whatever attitude. I just want the show.

I hope they are going with the season sets. And I also hope they aren't going for the 6-months-inbetween-seasons release, because I think it is just unnecessary.

If that's what they're doing they might release it once every 3 months then start with Super.

I wish FUNi would hurry up with the Boo saga. For all we know they could be dubbing it right now and we don't even know it. My guess is that it will be announced after RoF is in American theatres and on DVD/Blu-ray. Kai Boo saga will be perfect to air for America in the meantime while TOEI is airing more episodes of Super.

Yea I feel the same way I have contacted multiple people that are related to the dub such as Sean Schemmel and Kyle Hebert. From Sean all I got was a favorited tweet when I asked him when he where he was at in the dubbing process and with Kyle he responded with an email saying "Hopefully we can get the buu saga out there for Kai. No reason to think that Funimation wouldn't complete such an important series." BTW hello there everyone I'm new here

For all we know they could be dubbing it right now and we don't even know it.

3 or 4 voice actors said they were working on it so we know for sure that it's on the way.

I honestly don't think we're gonna get Kai 2.0 until early 2016. I mean, if Funi had planned to release Kai 2.0 in mid-November / early December, they would have announced it by now. Hell, it's nearly August for crying out loud and we've still gotten no announcement. Something tell me that they are shelve Kai 2.0 to focus on Super.

I don't think it would be permanently shelved. Theres no way Funimation is going to have the voice actors work on a somewhat new dbz product and not release it at some point especially if its almost done being dubbed.

It won't be out this year now I don't think. They'll want Resurrection F out on the shelf first, but we do know that will be out by the end of the year.
They really are keeping us waiting, but we do know they are dubbing it right now, as Sean has again mentioned it, this time on twitter.

I do believe there is a slight chance they may jump straight into the Season sets - especially as it would seem they are dubbing all of it before they start the release.

Is that so? Sorry, I haven't been following Kai much until now. Sorry for the misinformation on my behalf. I am a big fan of the original Japanese Z and am just barely starting to get into the Kai English dub as well.

There's no point. It's the same thing every time. A bunch of fans get their hopes up, and then it doesn't happen, which is of no surprise to everybody else.

That being said, the fact that they're still recording means it hasn't been canned like I thought.

If they were going to make a big announcement for it then they would've done it at comic con or anime expo.

Well, it's already confirmed that Boo saga kai dub is happening via some of FUNi's twitters if I recall from what other people have been claiming on here, so it doesn't matter. FUNi wouldn't just ignore that portion of the series and have the new generation believe that the Cell saga was the last arc. Especially when newer people are probably wondering "who the hell is that fat pink blob" during Battle of Gods and such.
