It's all over tumblr, finding the original artist will most likely be difficult.

I don't think there are. You could always search for Manga Music Videos, they're popular with One Piece and other modern long-running manga but they're rare to find for Dragon Ball, unfortunately. Here's a pretty cool one I found, though: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uuj0i_p5ys
