* I have SSJ3 Vegetto, SSJ4 Goku/Vegeta and Final form Freeza from FnF equals because I see those power levels to be maximums that a lower being can use without any drawbacks to maintain them.

Vegito's true power is really tough to ascertain. He could possibly be placed anywhere from 4 to lower than eleventh and could actually be above than 4 at the same time, it heavily depends on how you want to interpret Goku's words in BoG's extendend cut; if you want to think he was including the Potaras as a possibility he is then below at least Super Saiyan God Goku.

Oh yeah definitely, I should have made it clearer that I only said that because my list was trying to be "canon"...sorry for taking it off topic there.

What I meant in my post was "according to the manga, Oob should be the strongest shouldn't he?" but if I had put in GT as canon then I would have had my question answered straight away.

My question still stands though, Oob has to be at least SSG level doesn't he? He was able to impress someone that was strong as a God, unless Goku meant he was strong "for a human" or that he was "strong...enough to be my successor"

I'm only using the strongest form of each character to avoid dupes and acronym-salad. No GT because I've forgotten most of it and mixing it with the new stuff is messy.

Note the three-way tie between the half-saiyans. I'm assuming half-saiyans still have more potential than full saiyans, but that could change with Super. You could maybe separate Gohan from the other two and put him either above or below the kids.
I didn't really know whether to put Pan or not.
