You know, that makes me think. What would happen if two people who hated/were completely opposed to each other were to fuse? What would be the resulting personality? Someone who hates themself?

Well Goku and Vegeta weren't on the best of terms when they fused, but Vegetto seemed to have turned out just fine. That said, their synchronized desires to crush Buu and free their loved ones could have been what predominantly fueled Vegetto's persona. Either that, or the Potara Earrings have some kind of neutralizing effect on conflicting personalities for the purpose of protecting the new warrior from falling victim to their own inner turmoil

Although, with the amount of hatred that Frieza has towards Goku, and their completely opposing aspirations in life, the outcome would be quite interesting.
