I cannot see the images I post

I've been trying to post images and when I click preview I get a small "image" icon with that tiny picture of a hill. I was wondering if that's what everyone else sees or if I'm the only one that can't see the image. thanks!

Are you trying to hotlink the images, meaning linking them directly from wherever you found them?

Any images you want to post should be put on an actual image-hosting service of your choice instead.

In your case, you're not linking to the image directly:

You need to use the direct URL, which in this case, is:

Easy way to check is to make sure the file extension is there - .jpg, for example.
