Three questions about the Cell saga

I have a couple of questions about some very minor details in the Cell saga and I'd really love to know some explanations.

1.When Vegeta and Trunks leave the RoSaT, why isn't Trunks' jacket damaged at all, unlike his tank top shirt under it?
2.Related to the previous question, why is Trunks' tank top shirt and pants completely intact when he goes back to the future later?
3.How does Gohan own any clothes that fit him after he has gotten taller in RoSaT?The stores were all closed after Cell has announced the Cell Games.

1) Maybe Trunks fought with his jacket off and then put it on, when they left the room?
2) Maybe Bulma or Bulma's mother sowed it off-screen?
3) Obviously Goku just stole him some new clothes. It's Goku, he wouldn't know, that would be wrong! Or maybe Chi Chi had already some clothes she thought Gohan could grow in to?

Gohan went back to visit Piccolo. Chi Chi lets him go visit instead of going clothes shopping, because it saves her money and she realizes they aren't going to have enough to survive forever off her dad's wealth since Goku doesn't have a job.

The answer to all of your questions can come down to one thing: inconsistent art.

1. He probably just didn't wear the jacket while training.
2. He... got new ones? It's just a plain black t-shirt and pants. Not exactly difficult to replace.
3. Chi-chi may well have some seamstress skills, but all the martial arts clothes they wear ARE pretty baggy. But depending on what panel you look at, Gohan didn't grow all that much. Also, even if he did, they know at least one person who can and did magically create new clothing with a wave of his hand.

1. Seeing as how Trunks likely went all out in there, pulling crazy stunts like pushing himself to Grade 3 SSJ, it's a reasonable assumption that he simply trained without his jacket in interest of maximizing mobility.

2. If Bulma could replicate Saiyan armor, I'm pretty sure creating normal clothes isn't out of her realm of abilities.

3. Chi Chi either made him new ones, or Piccolo stopped by and materialized a new wardrobe. Aside from that, I'm pretty sure Gohan himself could put something together if needed.
