How strong would you rate these guys?

How strong would you rate these guys? I am asking on a scale to 1-20. I extended it to 1-20 because maybe these might be stronger then the current cannon characters we have? This is your own opinion and guess. So please don't be rude to anyone. Now some of these guys are none cannon but based off a dragon ball manga.

The rating are based of Toriyama 1-15. He claimed whis was a 15. Beerus was a 10 and Goku was a 6? All I am asking is what you give these numbers to the other characters. Just do the ones you know or guess lol.

Their good and prob accurate. But is gohan really that much stronger then ssj3 Goku? I mean sure gohan was the second strongest character in the manga before battle of gods. But was he that much stronger? I mean hypothetically Goku was able to surpass him 6 months later in super. Sure gohan didn't train. But he didn't fall short that quickly. Idk it's prob accurate. But for myself personally I would have put Goku a little bit closer to ssj3 gotenks. Or on par with super buu pre gotenks and Buuhan.

At 2.4 million, that's a large gap from third form Freeza and he's still 25% away from base Goku.

Wich is wrong; The manga implies that Goku was a much higher value.
