I honestly can't remember. Don't you have Goku and Cell too close? Cell also never powered up vs Gohan. He only increased his speed.

Goku and Cell had a pretty even fight, I'm not sure why they wouldn't be so close. If he increased his speed, then his battle power obviously goes up as well. He powers-up twice more in the fight against Gohan (when he goes SS2), but I'm not sure if you want those numbers or not.

Having re-read the fight recently, it's a lot more one-sided than most people remember. Goku made it look slightly more even than it was by using teleportation to get in some cheap shots, but that shouldn't be dependent on his power level. If you don't count IT blows, he only landed one hit in the entire battle, and only after he made Cell waste tons of ki by blowing him in half with a Warp Kamehameha. He was also quite clearly being outmaneuvered, with Cell even doing the "disappear and reappear behind you" trick. With his arms crossed.

Perhaps a 10% to 15% difference between the two should have been more appropriate.

Too big the gap between Goku and Cell imo; Cell was only 1 or 2 steps ahead of Goku; I think the fight between the two looks like Vegeta (initial) vs. Zarbon (handsome) - a distance of 12% would be perfect.

Goku can't hit Cell. Cell can't hit Gohan - the gap between father and son is pretty big - 1,5x is a good place to start. Gohan defend Cell's hits with no effort, look how effortlessly he looks as he blocks Cell's hits, huh?

Goku is at 88% of Cell
Cell is 75% of Gohan
Cell real speed is equal to Gohan

Yeah he did. Vegeta tells Cui that if his power has increased so his speed also increased which means increased speed leads to increase of power.

Cell not referred to power because speed was what he wasn't competing with Gohan

What do you guys use for your SSJG multiplier?I remember the SEG saying that fusion(potara) is a multiplier and ssjg is above that wouldn't that make ssjg multiplier at the very least in the trillions?

I did yes. Because that is the general belief atm. Would an increase of speed equate to an increase of his power level?

Nope. Cell did it and he did not increased his power at all.
