Okay since most of you guys are joking, I will throw in the actual one 
Goku: To fight powerful opponents
Vegeta: New pair of boots, size 9. ( I had to.) No, he'd wish for the secret to becoming a greater fighter than Kakarot
Gohan: All the time in the world to study + world peace
Kuririn: He honestly has what he everything he wants. Possibly a bigger house.
Roshi: To do puff puffs and hero-heros with all of his friends wives/daughters.
Piccolo: To be able to compete with the Saiyans in combat.
Future Trunks: World peace
Trunks: A girlfriend
Goten: A girlfriend & lifetime supply of pocky
Yamcha: A girlfriend
Pu'ar: To be all that Yamcha needs.
Tenshinhan: To be able to compete with Goku again.
Chiaotzu: Whatever Tenshinhan wants.
Lunch: Tenshinhan's baby.
Bulma: To be 29 or younger.
Chi Chi: For her children to study and become great scholars as well as a more involved husband.

Without Vegeta telling him what to do, though, he might go for something like wishing back a bunch of Saiyans he knew and fought alongside instead -- he originally wanted to wish back Raditz when the topic of Dragonballs was brought up, after all.Nappa: Immortality.
