I got this guy a couple of days ago:
I already had the other original Funko's in their DBZ line, so I'm at six of 'em. Those variants are cool, though. If only my wallet wasn't so empty...

Just received Dragon Ball GT Vol 18 in the mail. Wasn't even aware that the series ever got a Laserdisc release until I saw a listing on eBay for this Hong Kong release from Aiko Animation. Spinning the disc now, and the video and audio quality is very nice. It only has the Cantonese dub available, and no subtitles. Whoever they have voicing Baby Vegeta sounds eerily similar to Ryo Horikawa, excellent casting. First episode features Goku transforming into Super Saiyan 4. If I were to pick a single release of GT to own, this would be the one. I feel extremely lucky to have won it.

For $30, I just purchased all of Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, Dragon Ball Kai, and movies with the Spanish audio, as aired in Mexico. Is it bootlegged? Absolutely. I don't approve of bootlegged merchandise, but I was very interested in this. I remember watching Dragon Ball on Telemundo during the original Toonami run. I had no idea what they were saying as I do not speak Spanish, but I remember loving that it was uncut and showed much more than what Toonami showed. I'm interested in learning Spanish, so I figured: "why not?" I really wish FUNimation included the Spanish version in some release like the Remastered or Dragon Box. I know that they released it with Ultimate Uncut, but that didn't get very far, did it?
I REALLY wish that somebody did a Westwood/Ocean/AB Groupe collaboration and put it on eBay. I know it's horrible, but I'd love to watch it.

Where do you buy these from? Amazon? if so, what do I search for?
You can order them from amazon and ebay. HLJ and Big Bad Toy Store gets stock too but its very limited. If by Amazon you mean shipped and sold by amazon, then they only have Gohan and SSGSS Goku
Thanks for that info mate. Would you be able to take a photo with something to scale them? Like maybe a ruler or a can of soda?
My camera is a bit fuzzy so I can't take a pic right now but Vegito and SSGSS Goku are around a little bit less than 11 inches. I don't have Gohan yet but he's a bit smaller, but I can assume that the rest are around 11 inches

Well, I'm collecting the VizBig Edition Manga, and I recently bought Volume 3 of the Z portion.

I guess if you care about it looking pristine. I'd barely even notice a little bend like that. (EDIT: Not saying it's bad if you do.)

It actually a lot worse in person. It appears the book was on the edge of a metal rack with other books on top of it. It's like it was folded them bent back into shape. I'd send it back but with work and such it's a pain since amazon said UPS had a return slip they'd have to hand in person. I got $6 off and it's still readable. I'll get another copy later on and sell this for a few bucks.

Ah, okay. I guess it was a bit harder for me to see. Fair enough.

Just found another box of old weekly Jump magazines while looking for some stuff in my garage. Didn't even know it was there. Issues are: #31 7/17/1989, #32 7/24/1989, #37 8/28/1989 and #38 9/4/1989.

Amazon has done a noticeably worse job when it comes to shipping in recent years. I rarely send stuff back, but in my experience they generally will replace something damaged that bad, even if it's just cosmetic (they replaced my L:change the WorLd dvd, and it arrived with a tear on the front cover insert).

Latest acquisition:
I simply had to have it. The detail, the curves! Yep, that sure is quite a gun Bulma's holding.

I'm not sure I wanna open either of these. I paid around $140 or $150 for Vegeta and he's already shot up in price to $190-200. The Zoisite Sailor Moon figure was only $115 ($80 without shipping), so I have no fucking idea why the Freeza saga Goku figure is already $220. That's more than the SDCC 2013 exclusive Piccolo. Both Zoisite and Namek Goku are 2015 exclusives, so why did the latter jump so much in price? In a few months it'll probably be as much as the Gohan SDCC exclusive. I don't think I've seen such a drastic increase since the 2011 SDCC Goku figure got jacked up to $800-1500. .-.
Most Dragon Ball fans are incapable of making a logically sound argument.
