Timeline Addendum - Super Edition!

I agree this seems to be the case, but the theory I mention, however unlikely, is not at least directly disproved. We truly need to wait for some new official timeline!

There's no real point. We have a new timeline; a stripped down one was released on the anniversary site earlier this year. It sticks with the anime though and attributes a "baby" Kakarotto being set to Earth in AGE 737 and some version of Jaco's story taking place then as well, yet still has Beerus go to sleep in 739 after planet Vegeta is destroyed. A future manga exclusive guidebook may try to properly connect the dots in some section discussing the appropriate story points, but I imagine any other timeline from here on out will do the same as the anniversary site did.

So, the official timeline is messier than speculation? Well, I'll go with DNA's addendum/TheDevilsCorpse clarification. Now I dont think neither DBO nor DBXV should be considered canon, as both games feature the same Age 737 as Goku's arrival and Vegeta's destruction. DBO even features Goku as a little baby instead as a little boy; it fits better with Bardock special than Minus.

Changed the entry for Jaco's assignement to after Kakarotto is born.

For Beerus awakening, I'm keeping the date until proven otherwise.

For Videl's pregnancy and Pan's birth, as mentioned in the edit of my previous post, it has been changed with dates assuming Videl has a 9 month pregnancy. This is narrowed down assuming Blooma's party is held at the 18th of August Age 778.
The events in 779 have been changed accordingly.

Then, in the epilogue, he reminds us that years have passed before discussing how Katayude and Tights live with him, Jaco recently visited (showing off his girlfriend's picture) and even Bluma showed up asking about the Dragon Balls just "the other day".

I'm sorta necro-posting this to keep it relevant and to ask anyone who's been following Super and related material to it. Have you noticed any dates whatsoever? Did anything change around?

Beerus attacks in 778 and Freeza is around in 779, right? I guess I should start accounting for Champa's presence as well.
As for the dates of the wishes, I don't even know. I'm not sure that Shen Long's presence in Battle of Gods movie/arc counts as a wish, even if it does, it wouldn't take a year to regenerate. During Dragon Ball Super's Resurrection F arc they make three wishes though. Where does that leave us?

Everything in Super thus far can fit overtop the same framework that BoG and "F" laid out. The problem is that we're not certain when it starts. We're told that they use the DBs to allow Buu to leave the house 6 months after they defeated the pure version, but then it's only that "some time has passed" afterwards. That could mean it's the same as the films, but there's nothing actually saying that. After the Beerus battle, we get a couple of references points of how long between events, but without knowing for certain where that starting point is supposed to lie, it's hard to know exactly where to place everything.

As I said, it all can line up the same with the movie versions though, Here was the timeline I made, but it excludes the first few slice of life episodes since there's nothing to remotely imply a placement for them:

• August 16th - 17th, AGE 778
  --Videl becomes pregnant.
  • [Note: Pan is said to still be 4 year old by the time the 28th Tenkaichi Budokai is held at May 7th, AGE 784. Assuming Videl has an exact 38 week pregnancy, this is the earliest point in which Videl may have become pregnant before the Super Saiyan God ritual. It's a very small window for this whole thing to work. Of course, not all pregnancies work out perfectly, so there could be a buffer of a couple of days.]
  August 18th, AGE 778
  --Hakaishin Beerus awakens and crashes Bluma's birthday party in search of the Super Saiyan God.

  November, AGE 778
  --Vegeta convinces Whis to train him.
  • [Note: In Episode 17, Bluma says Whis usually comes around every 1-2 months. During Episode 16, Whis says it's been awhile since he last saw Vegeta and that he doesn't tire of Earth's food no matter how often he visits. So I'm assuming a decent amount of time has passed, so I'm saying around 3 months, with at least two visits.]]
  
  May 8th - 9th, AGE 779
  --Gohan and Videl's daughter Pan is born.

  • [Note: In Episode 17, Bluma says Whis usually comes around every 1-2 months. I'm going to assume it's one or less, for the sake of fitting everything else in the rest of the year.]

  --Champa and Vados are searching for Super Dragon Balls.
  • [Note: Given the plot elements of the Champa Arc and the teases in the Super Start Guide (and a scene or two in the anime), they've been there since before the Beerus battle. This is the first time we actually see them though.]
  
  --Sorbet and Tagoma travel to Earth and resurrect Freeza with the Dragon Balls.
  • [Note: In conjunction with the below entry, this is as far back as we can go for Freeza's resurrection to not have happened yet in Super Episode #17, but still have room for him to train for 4 months. This can also mean the resurrection can happen a year after the events of the Beerus battle. So there could be no need to worry about the rules and logic for the Dragon Balls.]

  --Freeza arrives on Earth to carry out his revenge.

Okay so it was stated to be 6 months after, but now it's not anymore? I mean, it didn't even make sense in the first place, wouldn't the Dragon Balls be inactive? Just to mention one of the many inconsistencies.

I would like to clear up this point. If they only use one wish then no. This is perfectly acceptable. If you recall from the manga and anime Goku stops the gang from making a second wish after the resurrect a bunch of people Vegeta killed. When Goku gets to them they had already made one wish. He asks Dende what to do and Dende says if Goku says they'll have the other wishes later then it will only take 4 months to use the dragon balls. Also, Super does the 6 months thing for the first couple(?) of episodes and then gets another time skip I believe?

Nope, 6 months stated to have passed, so they can erase memories of Buu and then some time passed and Super's story begins. No major timeskips are implied or outright stated until after the Beerus arc is over.

The closest thing that would count to a potential significant timeskip is Bluma saying she should get a boat for her next birthday party. But since we don't know when the rest of the story began, we don't know how long the jump would be. It would presumably have to be some time less than a year at max though.

If I recall correctly, all the ages of the characters within the Jaco manga are revealed in extra pages.

I didn't forget it. Those dates are already accounted for on Hermes' timeline.
The thing that is missing now are the dates for the creation of the Super Dragon Balls, which is Age 49 or something like that. Basically, whatever backstory dates are introduced in chapter 6 of the manga are missing.

Chapter 7 of the revealed the Super Dragon Balls were created in year 41 of the Divine Calendar, with the trademark for the star pattern occurring in year 42. I didn't mention it because it's an entirely different system though, so there's currently no way of knowing where to actually place it beyond speculation.
