Dragonball Animation Legend

Attention! There is a new Dragonball DVD set coming out! It's called Dragonball Animation Legend! Visit my website's Dragonball page to see my pictures on it! (Note, I will have a high quality scan for it tomorrow.)
While looking at the pictures, here is some information corresponding with the numbered picture:
1 - Main picture (eye grabber)
2 - Title
3 - 4 Star Dragonball
4 - 神龍再来 (literally: Shenron Returns)
It also says on the right side of the page:

Phoney? It's in Weekly Jump Number 06・07 on page...42. Like I said, the high quality scan will be up tomorrow (well, I guess later today). I couldn't get into my parent's room to use the scanner, because as of right now, they are asleep.

NEW animation special?

Like...like a retelling of the second half of DB the way they did the first half in that 10th anniversary movie?

Because that would be the best new special ever. X3

Hmm, possibly the second part to the 10th anniversary special storyline! I see Piccolo, Tien, and Chiaotzu, so it's possibly the second part? Too early to assume so though =P.

The way they put it, it sounds a lot like they're simply going to release the DVDs from the "Dragon Ball" DVD box individually, starting on April the 4th, 2007.
Not exactly surprising, considering they're almost done with the individual "DragonBall Z" DVDs.

They are supposed to finish the DBZ singles in Feb, correct? It is natural they would move onto DB or even GT singles. That gives them a month in between if my info is correct (and it may not be). Or, it gives them one more month or release the TV specials form DBZ.

Until someone gives a good translation of it, I'm betting that's what it is. If it is, I'm looking forward to the new covers like they did for the DBZ single releases.

I think this is for the single releases of the original DragonBall series. There is a screen shot of Bulma from the first episode on the left by Master Roshi.

That's the same poster used for the Dragon Box advertising. Those are most definately the Dragon Ball single DVDs they're advertising.

Thanks for the info. This is cool. I think I'll pre-order these since they are like 25% off at Amazon JP when the DBZ singles were released. I guess there will be roughly 26 or 27 discs total.

Yay, they're releasing the R2 Dragon Ball DVDs soon! And I though of Wii Gotta Power the second I found out that the system was called Wii...took them long enough to put it in a advertisement!

Yep, I can tell by the images of the DBZ R2 discs everywhere that this is most definatly an ad for the dragonball releases. Which is still pretty cool.

And on the bottom you can see the covers for the next dbz ones.

Aw, and here I was gettin' excited to see a new animated special or something...

Oh well, this is still awesome news. Dragon Ball is my favorite of the three shows, and I can't wait to see the newly-drawn covers.

And judging from the bottom part of that ad, the last three figures in the diorama are SSJ3 Goku, Satan, and Fat Boo. Wish the picture was bigger.
