I thought that was Toriko, though I've never seen the anime nor read the manga.

Hunter X Hunter. I haven't see that in years so that explains a lot.

I highly recommend reading Toriko, it starts off pretty much like a stereotypical shonen, but then it gets so much better.

Thanks! Aside from Toriko and Hunter x Hunter I haven't heard of those anime so that explains why I don't recognize them.

It's the guy who's doing the art for the ICCardass games, isn't it? It looks like his style. Whoever he is, he's my favorite Dragon Ball artist currently, whoever does the video-game/Heroes art is so mediocre.
