Why can't I say this word?

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

Because to preserver the pun you need the Kuri.
Who said you had to preserve the pun though?
And is Toriyama wrong when he spells it "Kulilin"?

It may be common sense to YOU, but not to everybody else.

The filters are mostly for my personal amusement. The consistency thing is merely but an afterthought. A good one, though :P.

I say Kurillin. It's pronounced the same way as the dub name, it's technically a correct transliteration(except for the doubled L), and it preserves the pun.

Well some people have grown up watching the dub where they consistantly call him "krillin". Its sort of just by habit.

Ditto. I'm so used to calling him Krillin that Kuririn just looks odd to me. xD

I'm quite fond of typing Kuririn, but I still speak it "Krillin" due to ease. I can say it the Japanese way, though. I just don't want to.
