Done.
Hope you like it, it costed me a crease in my prestine condition movie box book.

Well, I feel bad for the precious Dragon Book, but...
it was worth it for that awesome sketch.

This is completely off topic but it's hardly worth starting a new thread over so I'll ask here. Does anyone with a DragonBox series set fancy taking a few screen caps of the episode where Gohan first goes SSJ2 and kills the cell juniors, and also where Goku first turns Super Saiyan? I'm curious as to how much better they look.
Vielen Dank.

I have the Cell Jr. ones. I'll try to post some pics after I'm finished my holiday homework for the day.

I'll do the Goku ones. Give me about 5 minutes.
Edit 1
I have a bit of a problem. Ever since I upgraded my Windows Media Player to version 11, I can't capture images from it anymore. I'm gonna try on a different computer, so it might take a little longer.
Edit 2
Here they are:

This one's so good you can actually see the brush strokes from when it was painted:

I really do want to purchase this, In fact... I'd do anything to get a grasp of it.
Unfortunatly I'm broke at this point, and I hear it is a limited release. I'll be heartbroken when I finally have money to find out there not selling anymore.
What do I do?

Well, if you're over 18, I'd say take out a small credit card. It'll only be about $350-70, and that means you'll have a minimum payment of about $15 a month (assuming you don't kill it quickly).
It's how I bought my DragonBoxes for the most part ;p

For anyone who happened to miss out when purchasing the 'Z' series of the Dragon Box, Toei animation is selling all 49 volumes of the individual DVD's for 193,000 yen.
Back to the topic however, did anyone else who purchased Dragon Box 'The Movies' recieve a farewell letter from Toriyama? I saw a very, very, very small one on the second to last page of the collector's book but thats it.

No!! I bought Dragon Box the Movies in December and I've been waiting for them to ship it, but now they're saying they don't have any more. Now I'll never get it.
I guess I'll just have to buy some of the individual R2 Dragon Ball DVDs when they come out. Those are cool, too.

Where did you place your order linkdude? I ordered mine from Amazon Japan and last I checked they still had some (of course that was a month ago...)
If you can't wait for the R2 singles, provided they're released, you could try e-bay.

Amazon.co.jp ran out of their remaining stock of Dragon Box: The Movies sets a couple of days ago. You can still get it at cd-japan though, but at a hefty premium of 50,000 yen, which isn't really worth it to be honest.

I placed my order at Amazon Japan. I hope the movies will be released individualy, but till then, I want to get some of Dragon Box quality DB. I'll finely get episodes 1~13 (or 1~18 if there's going to be six episodes a disk).

How exactly do you guys go about ordering from AZ JP? Will US credit cards work on a Japanese site? Do they ship internationally?

In the upper right of product pages there should be a link to view the product pages in English.
Also, US Credit Cards work in AZ JP and they do ship internationally. It can get pretty expensive if you want your item really quickly, though.

Wow, I never noticed that. Nifty.

Heck, just by looking at some of these prices, it can get pretty expensive without the shipping entirely. For the money I may end be paying, I've got all the time in the world. :P
I'm guessing not too many individual sellers do int'l, though; correct?

That's why most people on the forum don't have every R2 DVD. The original price plus shipping is like 50 bucks US per DVD. I suggest that you only buy R2 DVDs that contain your favourite episodes (like I did! The best Freeza vs. SSJ Goku eps and SSJ2 Gohan transformation and fight vs Cell. Best money I ever spent.

).
