I doubt he would want to wish Goku back to life. If Freeza was wish back sometime right after Cell then he may not bother with Earth or maybe he might so he can fight Vegeta.

No. Buu's level of endurance and regeneration doesn't allow anyone weaker than him to gain a big advantage, no matter how many team up against him. It'd just take longer for Buu to wipe out four weaklings in comparison to one.

For realsies? We only saw Boo in action against one SSJ2 but how about three SSJ2? I wouldn't say like they're togheter were weaklings compared to him, just individually. Vegeta alone landed some hits in Boo after all

And those hits did nothing. Again, 4 people who are weaker against someone with Buu's regeneration and durability won't make a difference.

And with Future Gohan showing up and likely sticking around to help his dad become an SSJ, I doubt the Androids & Cell would kill everyone either.

What If King Vegeta had the same power level as Freeza in his first form (530,000) could turn into a Oozaru and was about to going to battle with him, would Freeza still beat him easily?

Freeza just transforms into his Final Form and slaughters Oozaru King Vegeta.

What if the Earth dragon balls and the Namek dragon balls were used at the same time? If put together, would a fusion of Shenron and Porunga pop up? O_o

If used separately, what would Shenron and Porunga say to each other?

Well technically that did happen during the Freeza Saga. except Shenron was on Earth while Porunga was on Namek

The people on Namek would refuse to give him the info and ends up blowing up the planet. King Cold would probably have kill the Z fighters if he found out on where the Earth is.
