Is there some kind of region lock on the Wii? If so, how does one get around it? I want to import this, but I would have no idea how to play the game on my American console.

Yeah, it's region-locked... And so far there's nothing to enable imports to work.

Give it six months though. >.>;; They'll have a way around this in no time, especially considering you can already play Japanese Gamecube games on your Wii using the GC Freeloader disc.

More Characters for the Wii release?

Apparentley images from the official Sparking Neo site of King Piccolo and Cyborg Tao Pai Pai. I don't think these are fakes because they are on the main sites page here and
here.
Hopefully we will see them on a Collectors Edition version or in the next "Sparking!" game.

And Pilaf, bitches.
My thoughts exactly. If they are in the European Wii version I am getting rid of my PS2 version (hardly touched it) for that one.

Pretty cool.
I feel sad that I can't tell the difference between this game on the Wii vs the PS2 though.
On hiatus.

There's no real difference. Just some very minor graphic upgrades apparently, and the control configuration. Of course that's just concerning the non-upgraded NA Wii release.

I just saw the video and I say that the Pilaf robot was awesome! It looks so 3rd compare to Goku, why can't they put up this effort for everyone else? So is Mr Satan still the joke character?

These are awesome.

I'm glad I decided to wait for the Wii release instead of grabbing the PS2 version when it came out here.

Sixth Doctor!

*cough* Either way, it's cool to see that Pilaf gets an awesome move list to match his awesome mecha team. =D

(And I still wonder who the sixth extra character is, coincidentially)

The Pilaf Robot transformation is pretty huge. But I want some vids of Daimao in action!

Also, this is kinda off topic, but for the people with the Wii version, what do you prefer, the Wii controls or the GC controls?

EDIT: OH SHIT, DAIMAO IN THE HOUSE!!

Did anyone see his special? He spits out an egg and his minion comes out and kicks the shit out of your opponent. Pwnage. :)

Daimaou summons Drum? Holy shit. Can tell they didn't just phone in these extra characters like Midway did with Mortal Kombat: Unchained!

The Pilaf one was kind of disappointing. Only saw two specials from both Pilaf Machine and the henshin.

Freezer's Soldier and Apple both get totally creamed in the above video. But the best part is; the fight takes place on Freezer's Spaceship, floating above Planet Vegeta!
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

Holy shit. Bardock vs. Freeza Henchman, Appule and Freeza! On Freeza's ship! With Solid State Scouter! What more can we ask for!

Who else thinks that this is a new Dragon Adventure chapter?

If that's the case and Commander Black w/t Mecha indeed becomes a sixth character, maybe my premonition isn't too far off.

Well, if anything I'm sure they updated the story mode so you don't have to fight Kewi 3 times.
There is no better combination in the world than Dragonball, Cherry Pepsi, and Cheez-Its. It's a proven fact.

I already saw the Bardock one when I went to see Pilaf's. Appule, Freeza Henchman and the Planet Vegeta/Freeza's ship stage was so awesome! Piccolp Daimao's rush was so cool, Drum for the win!

Thanks for the video links! I totally forgot that it came out for the Japanese Wii already! But yeah... I can't wait to see if anything else will be revealed in terms of characters.

There isn't going to be anymore characters; they promised us siz new fighters and that's exactly what we got. Just cross your fingers for Sparking 3 I guess.
