Don't forget also that Yamucha didn't even want to dive in and get the dragonball that had fallen into the water and been swallowed by that creature because he didn't want to ruin his new suit. He allowed Videl, a 15 year-old girl and Chi-Chi to dive in and get it. He did changed his mind shortly after and felt badly enough to then assist them, but still. It's really sad to see him like that.

Also it was #18 who saved the air car when it was going to crash. Yes Yamucha was flying it, but steering really wasn't much of an issue if they were crashing at that point now was it?

Yeah, Yamcha was just as scared about crashing as Chi-Chi and Bulma, it's so sad.

I mean, in Dragonball he sorta of won his first fight against Goku but now....

And about Popo getting the Dragonballs. He had the same advantage as Goku, he can Teleport.

Though he's damn willing to fight in it in Budoukai 2. Though you have to wonder how he can use his wolf fighting style in something as obviously hot (and I don't mean the sexy term either...) as that.

Goku in GT... Well, I think that most of his mentality change had more to do with the fact that every character except Piccolo (you'd think that they were helping him by killing him off early, perhaps a favor to Toriyama since they knew where the terrible plot was headed) became a certified idiot. At least, more so than they had ever been before. Look at Trunks and Goten... Trunks dresses and sounds like a whiny fruity idiot and Goten acts even dumber than fat Buu... He was smarter when he was seven, IMnot-soHO. Gohan... yeach! At the end of Z he was normal, now... Videl, Bulma, and Chichi became nothing more than air-heads... I could rant all day about it... I'll stop though, GT has too many characters for me to talk about how low their intelligence sank...

As for Yamucha... I really like him, unlike most fans. He did okay in the series until the Buu saga, even though he was a background character most of the time. At least Tenshinhan was still the same as ever. Yamucha wasn't only punted into the background, he was turned into a cowardly fruitcake. That suit... Whoever chose that color for it must've really hated him. What guy wears a bannana-yellow suit? In GT he actually was the rare character who looked better than he had in his last appearance. Really pathetic...

About the only thing good with GT was the general animation, and the cool factor of the SSJ4 look. GT may be the worst of the trilogy story wise but it's the best in the 'ooh, pretty' department.

Except that Super Saiyan 4 looks absolutly horrible. Hideous.

Er, doesn't he look the same? I only remember him appearing in a couple of photographs, and briefly in the final episode, where he looks the same as he did at the end of DBZ.

I remember him as looking a bit different. I don't have anything on me at the moment to compare, so I'll have to check at home. My memories of GT are a little fuzzy though, since I tend to avoid watching most of it unless I'm looking for specific parts.

SSJ4 is one of the worst things about GT... I think Dragon Fall summed it up pretty well with the following pic...

Ever since I saw the pathetic story line they started GT out with, I bagan not to watch it but I catch some parts here and there, ya know.

As a level of Super Saiya-jin no, SSJ4 is bad. But as a stand alone look, ignoring that it's a level of Super Saiya-jin, it looks sweet, but maybe that's just me.
