If Toriyama had designed Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta, that fact would have been a giant splash alongside its debut back in 2009 for Dragon Battlers -- remember that his inclusion in Raging Blast came AFTER Dragon Battlers.

I don't see Toriyama's name anywhere on that page, and we certainly didn't mention anything about Toriyama when we originally posted the news.

Starting to wonder if the "new hero" isn't just Super Saiyan God Vegeta. Last anniversary they were hyping Nozawa (Goku) and Shimada (Broli), which netted us Super Saiyan 4 Broli. This anniversary it's Nozawa and Horikawa (Vegeta).

Huh... I'm really not digging any of these designs. SS4 Gohan just looks weird to me, possibly due to my youthful memories of admiring that one prominent SS4 Gohan fan pic. Darkness Towa looks like a more emo version of Towa. I mean come on. Her earlier design made her look like a clever mastermind type who rarely lost her cool. This new design makes her look like a whiny brat who has red eyeliner on because she doesn't want to conform with all the conformists. Super 17.5 just looks really strange... It's like 17 just grew out his hair and and dyed it blond... Or 18 got a sex change after growing out her hair and getting a slight tan. I've never likes any of the designs that came from Heroes and it looks like I never will... I mean if people like them, go ahead and enjoy, but if this stuff ever reaches the states I guarantee I'm gonna stay the heck away from this stuff.
