Too big the gap between Goku and Namu; If Namu were 87.5% of Goku the latter would pretty much dominate the fight, but they fight pretty evenly.

Roshi stronger than Goku? By a 9% gap? no boy... They fought almost evenly, and seemed even Goku had the advantage in a few moments. You don't put to sleep a weaker opponent. They must be equal, or maybe Goku should has the edge.

I'd have Future Trunks SSJ at 88% of Vegeta SSJ... this is a pretty fair gap IMO.

Did Muten Roshi improved in DB by time to time? Or he always had 139 BP since his first appearance in manga/anime? I remember he saying as Jackie Chun in 22nd Budokai Tenkaichi, that he trained.

Yea, Muten Roshi was in the 22nd Budokai a lot stronger than in the 21st Budokai. He got many times stronger.

Roshi stated that he trained in secret after the Uranai Baba arc - “You’ve got to be kidding. I’m Muten Roshi; I won’t lose when it comes to willpower. I’ve been training in secret myself!”

He was surpassed by Goku by the RRA Arc so he had to train to even stand a chance at the 22nd Budokai.

Panput's feat of casually breaking the Budokai arena wall was arguably more impressive than what Goku did at the 21st Budokai and look at how Goku took care of him.

We have Goku (22nd Budokai)>Roshi(22nd Budokai)>Goku(Uranai Baba)>Panput>Goku(21st Budokai)~Roshi(21st Budokai).

Realistically, Roshi has to start off somewhere like 20~ at the 21st Budokai/RRA arc considering he couldn't even see Goku's movements in the Uranai baba arc.

Tenshinhan doesn't need to be stronger or equal to Daimao.

He need; Tenshinhan ( 23rd Budokai ) > Piccolo Daimao is pretty sure.

It can fit just great. Tenshinhan was not confident because he was stronger. He was because he was way faster than Daimao or Goku.

Please I know you know that Tenshinhan (23rd Budokai) is stronger than Piccolo Daimao Young. But you won't see it only because the Daizenshuu, but everything is in the manga. Tenshithands has shown strength on par with Goku (with weights) and the latter had a much larger force than it was 3 years ago.

Who was stronger? Why? And by how much?

Gohan came out on top of their only hand to hand exchange, and overpowered Dabra in their blade vs hand struggle. So he should be stronger. However, neither of their attacks did (visible) damage to the other, and Dabra was stated to be winning the fight, suggesting they weren't far apart. If Gohan is a 100, Dabra's an 88 or so.

88/100 is too much of a gap.

Kid Goku: 10. Already an official number, easy-peasy. But of course, he's physically way stronger and tougher than that, thanks to being a Saiyan. He's probably already operating on a practical BP level of like 30 or something. As the series continued and ki use became more of a primary and deciding factor in fights, things "evened out" and Goku's Saiyan physiology became less of an advantage.

Yamcha: 6 or 7, maybe.

Videl: Before her training, 7 or 8. Potent enough for Gohan to pick her out of a crowd when she fought. After her training, something like 20. I think her learning to use her ki for something as tricky as flying would naturally cause her power level to increase. Like exercising a muscle you didn't even know you had before.

Mr. Satan: He's at a 5 or maybe a 6. He's physically strong for a normal Earthling, but has shown zero ki proficiency.

Spopovich and Yamu: Hard to place these guys. They had potent ki blasts and flight auras, but Videl was able to rough Spoppy up. Maybe he was really a lot stronger than her all along, but just let her wail on him because he knew his zombie-like durability could take it. If something like that's the case, then I'd place these guys both as high as 100 or so.

Jewel: Another normal human. 5 or 6.

Lan-Fan: She might be a little stronger than a normal human if she was able to even affect someone like Nam, but I don't think she's quite "super-human." So maybe like 20-30?

Punter, Killer, blonde Lunch, Mighty Mask: These guys haven't shown anything (that I can remember) to put them any stronger than a normal human, much less any ki proficiency demonstrating a higher-than-average power level. So they'd all be around the same "normal Earthling" level of 5. Even nega-Lunch is only dangerous because of her hammerspace guns.

I think Yamcha ( BoD ) should be closer to Goku ( BoD ); maybe 8 or 9. I really wanted to see your Dragon Ball Battle power list.

Saying that Spopo or Videl are anywhere close to BODB Goku in strength is a huge joke. They can't casually lift cars, they can't get shot in the face with a pistol and be okay (on the contrary, one pistol bullet could kill either of them), they can't kill a bear in one punch, they can't take an axe to the head and be okay, they can't decapitate dinosaurs with a stick, they can't get punched through stone pillars and be okay, they can't hunt animals that would rip a normal human to shreds for fun, they can't break a stack of three bricks by poking it, they can't punch someone so hard they go flying a dozen meters, they can't break a rock bigger than them by hugging it, the list goes on and on. It's not on BODB Goku's level, not on BODB Yamcha's level, and it's not on BODB Krillin's level.

They're probably below peak human levels in pure strength, durability, and speed. Gohan was unsure if Videl was superior to Satan (who is weaker than Bob Sapp) at first, and 1 month of training wouldn't increase her power by that much. Videl herself was pretty clearly superior to Spopovich in a normal brawl, he could just regenerate from whatever she could throw at him, e.g. the broken neck.

How do you know they cannot do this ?
