Putting Freeza at 140 million instead of his official 120 million is what ultimately bloats everything in the end. Not to mention Semi Cell, Perfect Cell, SSJG2 Vegeta and SSJG2/3 Trunks are way to high.

SSJ Vegeta was rivalling 2nd stage Cell, and I can't see 2nd Gr SSJ being less than 1.5x boost. I already find it ridiculous of me making Cell's power up like a 1.2x increase

Warm-up Cell has to be 2x Vegeta, he tanked Vegeta's kick with a smile. and SSJ Gr 3 is implied to be a massive power up
This is your problem right here. Nowhere in the manga or any guidebook is this ever stated or implied.

Putting Freeza at 140 million will make Trunks higher, then Goku should be higher, then Piccolo should be higher, etc. It bloats everything little by little.

So what gap do you use for tanking feats ?

Even if I put Freeza @ 120 mil, his Mecha form has to be >= Namek SSJ Goku. And I made the Trunks/Freeza gap smaller than I would normally think it is
Again with the has to be. When was that ever stated? The only thing implying this is Freeza's comment and that sure is by no means a confirmation. He wouldn't have brought his father if he really thought he could beat him.

I can see initial Semi Cell at 800 million base on your list. That should minimize the list a good deal.

Another thing is having SSJG2 Vegeta only 60% to SSJ Goku (50%). That is pure bloat. It was only stated that Goku is stronger, nothing more. Him being at 2-2.25 billion will still make that statement work just fine.

How would Freeza know Goku got stronger exactly? And yes Cold would be of use, the same way Vegeta said Krillin and Gohan would be against Freeza.

You also take taking feats way too seriously. Piccolo tanked Goku's Super Kamehameha without any noticeable injuries.

Fusion and Potara

Char A and Char B; A > B

Fusion = B x 2 x 15
Potara = (A + B) x 50 (Only Vegetto)
SSJ1 = Base Form x 50
SSJ2 = SSJ1 X 2
SSJ3 = SSJ2 X 3
SSJ3 Full Power = SSJ2 X 4
While I disagree with almost everything I have to give you credit for the format. That's some nice way to present them.

Yeah, I might've made it too small, I just didn't want to bump Goku up too much, since I don't like the idea of Vegeta being in one-shot territory to Goku, and I was considering bumping Piccolo up.

I have two options:

1. 88% of CG SSJ Vegeta
2. around initial Form 2 Cell

and thanks!
I would definitely bump Piccolo up.

Gohan not being a SSJ2 makes NO SENSE from a story perspective. D7 confirms he was a SSJ2, that's enough for me.

Eh? Goku never lost the form.
I think he is wondering about Goku's base and SS forms after SSG powered down.
Exactly. How much did his power went down?

Preliminary RoF BP's:
Thoughts? The script says Freeza's army has a few mercenaries that are stronger than the regular soldiers but I just don't know where to put them.

About Vegeta and Goku:
Having composed himself again, Whis carries on, telling Vegeta he is always tense and is thus slow to react, which is why Goku is always one step ahead of him.
I don't see anything here saying that Vegeta is weaker. Goku just fights better than him.

Granted Goku can be stronger because Vegeta backed out of fighting Freeza but he was already stronger than Goku thus stronger than Vegeta.

I don't see how that is definitive proof that Goku > Vegeta. That scene still works with them being equal.

AT note:
An astounding battle begins! (This scene is a major set piece. Of course, I just have to write out the words, so it’s pretty easy on my end. Sorry (^^). It’ll probably be rough on all you animators, but please do your best.)

Despite being called “Freeza Army”, by now it’s been reduced to merely a hodge-podge of second-rate warriors. Strength-wise Earth’s army overwhelmingly has the upper hand, and the enemy force’s numbers steadily drop. However, there are still some strong enemies. The mercenaries are particularly troublesome. Gohan is strongest. And Piccolo’s strong too. Kuririn, Tenshinhan, Kame-sennin, and even Jaco all play a big role.

8, 7.5 and 7.5 for me.

I would make Freeza stronger since he was dominating Goku but that would be to close to Beerus.

I see no reason not to have Vegeta and Goku as equals.

As far as I know the line is only in the script included in that book that was given at the Japanese premier.

I really wish the notion of Piccolo being just Semi Perfect Cell tier would go away. :?

Base Goku, Vegeta and Final Form Freeza are way above SSJ3.
Golden Freeza was stronger than SSGSS Goku and Vegeta.
Based on Piccolo's reaction First Form Freeza should be way above SSJ2 and maybe even SSJ3.
Shisami can be weaker than Piccolo, he was not fresh and still managed to fight pretty evenly with Shisami.
IMO Gohan just lost his Ultimate Form, he is exactly the same as his Post Z Sword self.
Some soldiers where about to kill Krllin before Gohan saved him. I guess this are the troublesome mercenaries that Freeza hired. Maybe they are in the 100,000 range.

No, because SS Gohan >>>>>> Zarbon. Base Gohan can be around as strong as Saiyan arc Vegeta.
I Goofed. Still I'm not buying this chain. Sorbet was surprised a Super Saiyan beat Shisami and he knows Freeza was killed by one.

Shisami trained, that's the only explanation that can fit.

Sorbet was surprised that Gohan could transform, it's different. And he was freaking out because the best of the army was defeated.
That was Freeza and why would Sorbet freak out by a Zarbon level guy getting beat by a Super Saiyan when he knows a Super Saiyan killed Freeza?

Until proven otherwise I'm going with the idea that Shisami trained.

I personally have Bardock, Gine, Vegeta, Raditz and Jaco higher but your levels are good too.

Nice job.
