Power Levels Chronology #1:
Chronoa vs. Mechikabura [75 Million years ago]

I'm currently doing a list of chronological power levels according to major events that have happened throughout the Dragon Ball timeline.

We start things off with the historical fight that took place 75 million years before age: Mechikabura was competing with Chronoa for the position of Supreme Kai of Time. The position goes to Chronoa after she seals the evil Mechikabura away in the Crack of Time. She later defeats Demigra after he attempts to take over the Time Nest. Chronoa also seals him in the Crack of Time.

So in this battle Chronoa takes on 4 people: Mechikabura, Demigra, Putine, Gravy

So she has to be more powerful that all these individuals. She seals away Mechikabura first, then deals with his three disciples all at once.
So her power level would be above, but near that of Mechikabura, and above his three disciples (combined)

In my initial scaling I put their power levels near/above the 500 Million mark, as Supreme Kai (Shin) had a base power level of about 530 Million. My idea is that over the 75 million years (in which Chronoa was Supreme Kai of Time, and Mechikabura and his minions were sealed away) their power levels got much, much higher. Especially Demigra's.

1. Chronoa = 550,000,000
2. Mechikabura = 500,000,000
3. Demigra = 250,000,000
4. Gravy = 75,000,000
5. Putine = 65,000,000

I have seen in other sources with lower numbers for these characters:

1. Chronoa = 4,700
2. Mechikabura = 4,450
3. Demigra = 1,625
4. Gravy = 1,495
5. Putine = 1,300

so I also included these power levels in the chart. Keep into consideration that using these levels, basically tells you that Chronoa and Mechikabura (prior to ascending) can be beaten by Nappa (Max power), but are still more powerful than King Kai. Demigra would get beaten by Krillin (Namek saga).

These power levels do seem a bit more realistic, as it was millions of years ago and their power would've increased drastically by the time of Heroes and Super.

So I am interested, what would you guys put as their base power levels 75 million years ago?
Also what would you assign Toki-Toki's power level (if any)? I would've assumed maybe under half of Chronoa's (+ - 1,800)

Since this looks to predominantly be speculative stuff about possible power levels just as much as about actual officially-established numbers, then it goes in in the fan-made power levels thread in the FanWorks section. Will merge it there momentarily...

Also, just for the record, Kaioshin being 530 million isn't one such official figure. Pretty sure that comes from an old dub-ism where they had him say he was "a thousand times stronger than Fr(i)eza," while the original accurate dialogue was just a much more vague "strong enough to defeat Freeza in a single blow."

Chapter: 336 (DBZ 142), P6.1-2
Context: after Piccolo says that only those with confidence in their abilities should come battle the androids
Vegeta: “Don’t make me laugh. Aren’t you’re the one with the least confidence?
Piccolo: “What was that? You want to try me?”

Implies that Piccolo is > Vegeta at this stage of the game. Piccolo never talks trash unless he knows he can back it up.

The fact that Vegeta didn't dare take him up on that speaks volumes too IMO.

Yeah I was using a 10x multiplier for all SSjins for this list so Vegeta and Piccolo ended up being too high at this time probably.

Normally I just have Vegeta around 2,800,000, maybe a bit more, and Piccolo around 4 or 5 million.

Personally, I took that line to mean that they were closer to even rather than either one really having an edge. Were I making a list, which I'm not as I don't have nearly enough know-how to do so, I'd put Vegeta at maybe a couple thousand higher than Piccolo.

Since the androids are being discussed, I have a question for the forum.
Android 17 says that 18 won't be able to fight off all of the Z-fighters on her own... however, he jumps in and they pretty much one-shot everybody, including SS Trunks. She barely even flinches when breaking his sword, and then takes out both SS.
Vegeta was the toughest one and the only one that kept coming back, and she had him covered.

So, I don't see how she would've struggled if Piccolo and Ten were thrown into the mix, she would've dealt with them. A-17's help didn't seem like some key element to the fight nor something she wouldn't have been able to do herself. It didn't look like 17 was actually needed.

Were the androids overrating the gang or A-18 would've in fact met her match if 17 didn't jump in?

The Androids have 2 major advantages against the team:

1. They have infinite stamina and thus, will be able to outlast their opponents.
2. They have the battle data of said opponents so they are able to read their every move.

Even if Android 18 = SSJ Vegeta, the fact that she can outlast him along with being able to read his fighting style should make up the difference.

My thoughts on this are that the Androids probably can only process one fighting style at a time. Think of something like a program being run in the background, like VegetaFightingStyle.Exe, only one can be run at a time. Thus, facing multiple opponents at once may prove to be too much since the power difference is not too large.

This is why once teamed up together, 17 and 18 can take on an entire team since it is not a singular cyborg taking up the load of adapting to a fighting style, they can easily switch on command. This would also explain why 17 and 18 together managed to completely destroy the Dragon Team in the future so efficiently. If it were just one of them, perhaps they would not be able to adjust fast enough and would be overwhelmed as 17 suggested.

I don't have it in me right now to do SSJG and the rest of Super. SSJG has no official multiplier and extrapolating what it would be is a fruitless effort. It is my opinion that ritual SSJG granted a much bigger boost than it does nowadays. Ritual SSJG is supposed to be above Vegetto, but there is no coherent fusion multiplier aside from "tens of times" or "dozens of times" and A X B is stupid and is too much power bloat imo.

I think you made a mistake with Goku's Cell Games power? 1.4bi makes no sense if he's 4.2bi in the Boo Saga, but it would make a lot of sense if that was the 50% power he showed at Karin's Tower (Making FP CG Goku 2.8bi).

I was trying to figure out how much power Goku gained between the Cell Games and the Buu Arc.

Basically:
CG Coku < CG Gohan < CG Gohan (with rage boost) < Buu Arc Vegeta < Buu Arc Goku

Gohan was noticeably stronger than Goku in the Cell Games (x1.25). I am of the thought that when Gohan became a SSJ2 it was not a mere 2x multiplier, but a larger one due to a rage boost being stacked on top of it (x1.5). Vegeta surpassed Cell Games Gohan in 7 years and he conceded that Goku was still stronger than him pre-Majin boost. I think I basically took Cell Games Goku and stacked the multipliers x1.25, x1.5, x1.6. There certainly is room for revision for these numbers however. I just have trouble gauging anything from the Buu Arc and beyond.

Well, Shin > Piccolo can still be retconned but Base Goku > Shin is clear.

I am sure that Shin > Piccolo will be retconned, but we shall see. Seeing as Base Goku > Shin, certain interpretations must be re-evaluated. At what point was Freeza surpassed then? Do you think it happened after the 3 years training for the Androids? Piccolo mentioned to the group that if they could not contribute to the fight to not show up with full knowledge of Freeza, King Cold, the power of Super Saiyan, and the fact that the Androids were superior. Is it possible that everyone who showed up surpassed Freeza at that point?

Also Goku > Shin in the Buu arc makes the power jump in base during Super much less insane.

Gurumes' henchmen are relative to first arc Yamcha.
Gurumes himself should be like a discount Buyon. I think he would probably beat guys like Giran and Nam, but Murasaki would cut him up.

Sleeping Princess in Devil's Castle:

Lucifer's demons are not very strong. Likely stronger than the average human, but that's about it.
Igor can lug around a giant syringe so definitely stronger than an average human.
Ghastel is probably relative to Giran and Nam, maybe somewhere between.
Lucifer himself I would have around General Blue, a bit weaker than him for sure.

Nicky, Ginger, Sansho I think are all individually weaker than Kami, perhaps relative to or slightly above Krillin, Tien, and Yamcha from the 23rd Tournament.
Garlic Jr. in base is already stronger than Kami, I think he is 23rd Tournament Goku and Piccolo level. Super Garlic Jr. is weaker than Raditz, maybe has a power level in the 900s.

World's Strongest:

The Bio-Men can be beaten by Roshi, they are lesser than the Saibaimen.
Wheelo's Bio-Warriors are Nappa level minimum... I think they are a bit stronger than him and have unique abilities that would allow them to beat Nappa with some effort.
Kotchin is weak, he'd get beaten by beginning of DB Goku.
Wheelo himself is superior to base Saiyan arc Vegeta. I would say he is relative to the likes of Zarbon and Dodoria.

Tree of Might:

The Crusher Corps should be weaker than Saiyan arc Vegeta, but relative other elite Saiyans around King Vegeta's level and the like.
Turles initially should be stronger than base Goku (who I think is given a power level of 30,000 iirc) so I would say initial Turles is like Recoome level. After eating a fruit, he is above Kaioken x10 Goku so at that point he is above the entire Ginyu Force. Turles eats a second fruit, but it is unclear exactly how much stronger he gets. If you want to assume another 10x boost, he is above base Goku vs Freeza on Namek. Assuming diminishing boosts... I am not sure. At the very least he got a 2x boost which would then place him above first form Freeza.

Slug Soldiers were defeated by Chi-Chi so they are probably relative to some of the higher ranking Red Ribbon Army combatants.
Slug's Demon Clan... I want to say they are Ginyu Force level, but that might be too high.
Slug himself is supposed to be stronger than Namek Freeza iirc. Considering Goku went SSJ (I know it's "false" SSJ, but it is narratively intended to be SSJ in the film itself), I want to think this makes sense.

Cooler's Revenge:

The Armored Squadron are all stronger than Captain Ginyu I think. Salza might be relative to (but slightly below) first form Freeza based on his performance against Piccolo.
Cooler himself is a little tricky, but I think base Cooler is around as strong as suppressed Freeza when he beat up Vegeta while Final Form Cooler should be above Mecha Freeza and King Cold. I am tempted to say he is stronger than 19 and 20 as well, but I am not entirely sure on that.

Return of Cooler:

Cooler's robot army are stronger than the average Namekian warrior. Three of them can slightly hold their own against a suppressed Piccolo (who should be post-Kami fusion here) although they get destroyed. I think that individually these robots are on par with the Armored Squadron, maybe a bit stronger as silly as that may be.
Meta-Coolers are probably relative to Androids 17 and 18. I think they're a bit stronger though.
Cooler as the core of the Big Gete Star is hard to place because he does not actually do much. Chances are that he may still be around as strong as he was in the previous film hence the easy defeat.

Super Android 13:

Androids 14 and 15 are defeated by Trunks and Vegeta once they go SSJ so they're likely comparable to Androids 19 and 20.
Android 13 is a bit below 17 and 18. Super 13 is around 16's level imo.

Paragus' goons should be like Freeza Soldier level. Paragus himself should at least be relative to Bardock. After surviving King Vegeta's attempt to execute him, he likely got stronger when he recovered so maybe he surpassed King Vegeta.
Base Broly... Idk really. SSJ Broly is probably comparable to a suppressed Perfect Cell while LSSJ Broly is on par with full power Perfect Cell. I do not think he is quite SPC level, somewhere between Perfect Cell and SPC.

Bojack Unbound:

Bojack's squad are probably relative to Semi-Perfect Cell.
Bojack himself is like suppressed Perfect Cell and slightly below SPC at full power.

Broly 2:

Broly here in LSSJ should be beyond SPC and Cell Games SSJ2 Gohan. I think he might be comparable to initial Majin Buu. Gohan had actually been training in this movie and he still lost in SSJ2 even with help from Goten and Trunks.

The Bio-Warriors are stronger than Mr. Satan at the very least. Other than that... Idk.
Bio-Broly himself is bare minimum a lesser version of his movie 8 self. At most, he ends up being stronger than Broly 2 which I think is insane and I do not quite believe, but I have seen some people claim this.

Janemba is roughly around Fat Buu level. Super Janemba should be Super Buu level at the minimum. Supposedly, there is one claim of Janemba being stronger than Hirudegarn because he is stronger than SSJ3 Goku. If this is indeed true, this also implies that Janemba can also just straight up tank the Dragon Fist and would probably be Buuhan level or above.

Wrath of the Dragon:

Personally I put 2nd form Frieza as 1,060,000, a simple x2. As for RoF, I kicked his 1st and 4th forms up by a factor of 10,000 because of that one place (I don't quite remember exactly what it was from, but we have discussed it on Kanzenshuu before) where he said "My power level is 5,300,000,000" (gojuusanoku instead of gojuusanman). But what do you think?

Attempting to put power levels on the Zamasu arc, at least the anime version, is a mess. I mean, take a look at the power level discussion thread in the Super section. It's not exactly pretty. The list would also be filled with different Trunks levels as he continually lets the voice of love take him higher and becomes able to fight even Big Bio-Zamasu. The multiplier must be all over the place. Not only that, we also have to consider Beerus' power and whether Vegito and Zamasu surpass him or not, and we have no evidence either way here.
I believe that the manga will show a more consistent story power-wise, so until then, I'll refrain from making power levels for this arc.

Hit's power is extremely inconsistent mostly because he can't portray how strong he's supposed to be correctly. We're lead to assume that he's equal to SS Goku, but then he tanks hits from SSG Goku (who's massively, massively above SS) and then even manages to dodge SSB Goku's Kamehameha. Hit doesn't have his improvement like in the anime, either, so that's not an excuse.

It's the "Cell/Beerus syndrome", where a character is portrayed as being at a certain level, but then it gets retconned later because the power was probably too low, except this doesn't happen in a span of multiple chapters/episodes, but in the same fight.

Huh. Fair enough. That's a bit of a downer, but I think I can live with one mistake like that when the alternative is so much worse.

Strangely, unlike most people here, I do have him beating Boohan, but only with SSJ3. Other forms would be a stomp from Boohan. I have (x+x)*10 for the potara fusion (with no rivalry between both opponents), and it does work for Tien and Goku's fusion to defeat Boohan.

I don't have the same formula as you, but I think that from what we see in the anime (Base Vegito ~ Buuhan), "Gokien" at full SSJ3 power would be able to do it, though just barely. With manga feats, where Vegito transformed immediately, though: No way.
