since the end of gt and there has been a lot of rumers about a new show or manga so this ain't the first and it wown't be the last but with the new movie we have a bigger chance of getting a new anime show than before and if that happens i hope toryama works on the story like he did the movie

This wonderful piece of "journalism" is brought to us by the fine Spanish-speaking folks of Club Manganime based out of Peru. It's a newspaper-type publication written by fans and "Otakus", which appears to only be available in Peru at local anime/manga/comic stores. Why anyone would even report about this is beyond me, especially if they did a little research, but whatever (the internet will be what it is). The particular issue you're referring to came out about a month ago, on 10 April 2013. It lists no sources, other than the Spanish voice actor for Son Goku, who isn't exactly known for keeping up with accurate information. He even got dragged into the dreaded "Facebook hoax" a while back. All-in-all, it's completely fake. And with all this fake news coming out of South America, it's really making it hard to believe anything they report.
