I thought North was the strongest of the Kaios (dunno about the Grando Kaio, though)? Anyhoo, he told Goku that the "two Saiyans coming to Earth" were stronger than him. This would include Nappa as well.
As for the Kaios each being stronger than Freeza, that was the Kaioshins. The Kaios are a different species altogether, which is why at least North Kaio hasn't even had the priviledge of meeting Kaioshin.

Either 5 or 6... whichever one is was where Cooler came along... I just found that movie to be very boring and pointless.

I've heard a lot of people say that its Bio-Broly. Of the ones that I've seen I can't say I'm very fond for either of the Broly movies or the second Cooler movie for that matter.

The one where Cooler first appears. I hated it in Japanese and English. The Japanese version lacked music and the English version was just boring.

Movie 1, hmmm movie 8 wasn't bad I suppose, I liked the whole tournament thing.
I used to love movie 12 but now that Janemba shows a resemblance to Buu I'm having doubts.
Movie 13 in my opinion had the most originality!!
I hated Bio- Broly ... what were they thinking!?
There is not tournament in movie 8, the tournament is in movie 9.
