So getting back to Extreme Butoden, turns out Super Saiyan God Goku and SSGSS Goku are both DP 7 playable characters (the highest tier in the game), while Super Saiyan 4 Goku and Gogeta are likewise both DP 7 support characters. Oddly, SSGSS Vegeta is only a DP 5 support character, and Super Vegetto is DP 3, while Majin Vegeta is DP 7! To put this in more perspective, Beerus and Pure Boo are both DP 7 playable characters along with SSG and SSGSS Goku. Meanwhile Ultimate Gohan, Mister Boo, Super Saiyan Gotenks, and Broli are DP 6 playable characters, while Golden Freeza and Super Saiyan Gogeta are DP 6 support characters . Perfect Cell, (Cell Games) Super Saiyan 2 Gohan, and Super Saiyan Goku and Vegeta are DP 5. Besides Super Vegetto, other DP 3 support characters include Tapion, Yakon, and the Great Elder. Basically, all of this appears to have more to do with gameplay than any in-universe logic. If there's anything else in the game offering any sort of comparison between SS4 and SSGSS characters, I must have missed it.

GT post god ssj4 goku>GT ssjgssj goku or any incarnation of goku, simply because ssj4 releases all dormant power. it will always be the supreme transformation for releasing all of a saiyans hidden power.

Super Saiyan 3 is definitely stated to bring the dormant power of it's user to their limits, but so is Super Saiyan 3. The heresy of Super Saiyan 4's multiplier in GT shouldn't be relevant. 10x Ssj3 works just fine.
