Toyble says that Goku's mother will surely always remain a mystery. But he thought it'd be cool if she had died protecting a young Raditz, so he drew that picture. She's saying "Damn! So it was all Freeza's doing?!". Though Toyble says that Raditz thought Planet Vegeta was destroyed by a meteor, so the picture is really impossible. What would her name be? The only named female Saiyan, Selipa, gets her name from parsely, so maybe a leafy vegetable would be good.

Wow, that sketch looks awful.

The anatomy and proportion is really off, not to mention I hate the idea behind it.

Nah, I think Bardock is the opposite when drunk. Saiyans love to fight so Radditz would have been up for the challenge. He was trying to hug his son and no woman was going to stop him.

Presumably Freeza goons like the ones Bardock killed on planet Meat. For whatever reason, Raditz was left alive. Thus lies Toyble's "nevermind" comment; Raditz never knew Freeza was responsible.

Although, one could argue she and Raditz were only stronger than the planet's inhabitants when in Oozaru form. At one point they track them down in human form, gang on up them, kill her while Raditz manages to escape.
