Spopvitch beat Videl, who is stated to be stronger than Satan.

But Mr. Buu uses magic to make Spopvitch weak as hell, so Mr. Satan takes it.

Farmer With a Shotgun's BP is 5.

The Super Saiyan transformation multiplies one's BP x50.

5x50=250.
