Probably talking about "linking" a bank account to paypal. I for one do not see why you need to do this to have paypal.

I hooked in a credit card. I know people who have paypal, but none were available to walk me through it atm. I think I did ok though. I'll keep an eye on things from day to day though and see how it goes. It's only a little confusing because it's new to me. It will get easier as time passes.

I think he's another god. And assistant wouldn't knock you into a 3-year-long sleep (or knock you out in general I'd think), they'd let you go to sleep naturally.

I want to see Piccolo do something. I used to love Piccolo. He was so cool, so awesome, mysterious and amazing; intimidating. But now he's the butt of jokes. Toriyama, I watched you show all my life since the days of fox, way before Toonami. Why can't everyone be useful? Give the humans more special techniques or reveal a big secret (rewrite it) that humans have an ancient legend about the super human or human god or human enlightened master. I want to see amazing stuff from other characters, not just Goku and his male cheerleaders.

There's no way that would happen for what is basically a re-opening of the Dragon Ball story. Goku needs to have one traditional hero story to himself before more complicated and interesting stories could be told.

Well, Popo was a bit stronger than Kami so I don't think it is impossible. He could be a number of things or just a powerful attendant that keeps Beers in line.

Like JulieYBM said, in the movie itself Beers describes Whis as his attendant (tsukibito, same word used for Popo and Kibito) as well as his (martial arts) teacher. At the end of the movie, Whis asks Goku if he'd like to be the next God of Destruction after Beers dies; Goku turns him down. So it seems that his role is rather similiar to Popo's role as attendant to the Gods of Earth (sensibly enough, given the shared title), in that he apparently oversees and trains successive Gods of Destruction.
