That's not the problem. Dragon Ball characters are too strong, fast and resilient. I edited my post. Give her the legends like Kyogre and Palkia and she wins as they also have powers on a supernatural scale. Kyogre pretty much controls the sea and Palkia can even control Space. Then Suicune and such and everthings alright.

But if Rage Shenron is strong, how come he got defeated by rain?

It does not mean he has no weakness or is weak in general. You just cannot expect a Psyduck to defeat Rage Shenron with Water Gun. The Dragons all were a challenge for Goku but at the same time had to be defeated with strategy.

I specified ringout in this scenario. I'm wanting to know which of them can overcome his armor and Alondite to secure a ringout.

I'm not sure that the armor can be removed against his will anyway, at least not while blessed. That would be a good question to ask at a Q&A though.

Seeing as all his strength comes form his armor and Alondite, id say Goku in his first Budokai would be enough to force him out of the ring.

I mean Ike was able to stop his charge and he's still just a normal (albeit skilled) human (then again Ike is broken as f*ck).

In case of... what? The "evidence standards" that make SS2 Goku that powerful also make normal Silver Saints (lightyears below the Golds) ludicrously faster than light (3333333333 times is the figure i get from a basic calc) and the generic punch of any Gold Saint universe level. Shiryu at his best is lightyears more powerful than the Gold Saints. They actually aint anywhere near that powerful (the Saints nor the DB cast) if we actually use some common sense, but if "anything goes"...
