I have the kids at end of namek saga Goku.

Kaioshin can supposedly 1 shot frieza, and raw power isn't even his strong suite... Soooo, yeah this is a slam dunk for kaioshin.

He could easily take both at the same time.

His power didn't decrease. His stamina decreased, he couldn't use Shunkan Ido properly, and he could only stay as a Super Saiyan 3 for less than a minute. Maybe not being able to use his God power became another issue?

That's a good match-up, it's hard to say. Trunks and Goten were not very experienced fighters then but their super saiyan ability would have given them a big power boost. I actually think Kaio-Shin would win but he might have trouble if they fought together.

So if Daimao didn't explode when he spat out Piccolo, and no one caught Goku when he was falling causing him to die....

Dying Daimao with a hole in his chest Vs. Broken-Leg Yamcha with a pair of Nunchecks

Most intense fight ever, I think it would be a draw.

He already spat out the egg in this situation, though.

I know. Somehow, that egg manages to bonk Yamcha on the head by the time the fight starts. I guess it just hovers around until then.

Piccolo was scared to fight Kaioshin and I have Piccolo be around FPSSj level during the Buu saga via power scaling since he likely kept on training to get stronger after the Cell games. Goten and Trunks stand no chance.

That is an interesting point. I wonder if Piccolo could have won against Kaio-Shin though, or if he just chose not to fight out of respect?

How can Piccolo be close to the Super Saiyans when he said that Kaioshin was much stronger than him, and then we see that the Super Saiyans are much stronger than Kaioshin? On the other hand, Goten & Trunks are the ones shown to be close to the adult Super Saiyans.
CordonBloo wrote:I wonder if Piccolo could have won against Kaio-Shin though, or if he just chose not to fight out of respect?
Piccolo said that "their dimensions are too different", which is a way to say "he is much stronger than me". Piccolo would have lost if he had fought him.

Piccolo said that "their dimensions are too different", which is a way to say "he is a being of far higher status than I".

Clearly it's out of respect, if Piccolo was going to quite the tourni because of a gap in strength, he'd have never joined in the first place. (The saiyans being far stronger than him)

The Saiyans are his friends, Kaioshin was a strange powerful guy that he suspected to be Dai Kaio. If it was out of respect, why did Kuririn panic?

Chapter: 502 (DBZ 308), P5.6
Context: when Goku shows up
Boo: “…What, did you plan on coming to save everyone? You idiot…Can’t you tell that I’m in a fundamentally different dimension than the Majin Boo from back then?”

Just wanted to bring this up. Could this be similar between Kaioshin and Piccolo?

Yes, and there are 6 other instances in the manga where "different dimension" is used to mean completely different level of strength. It's absolutely not a matter of respect, and sheer coincidence that it can be read that way in Piccolo and Kaioshin's case.

People often forget that literally the exact same wording is used later in that same arc for a comparison between Ten and Buu:

Chapter: 501 (DBZ 307), P12.6
Context: as Boo is about to blow up the planet
Tenshinhan: “Da…damn it…! Our di-dimensions are too different…! I can’t be of any use…!”

Chapter: 439 (DBZ 245), P12.3-4
Context: after Piccolo resigns from his and Kaioshin's match
Goku: “That much, Piccolo?...”
Piccolo: “Yeah…Our dimensions…are too different…”
The Monkey King wrote:

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

The thing that really messes things up for me are the moments in Babbidi's ship... Where this character who's supposedly "dimensions above" piccolo in strength, is absolutely astonished and baffled by base saiyan power... I used to think that what he was really worried about in the ship, was the possibility of babbidi's minions using strange, powerful magic. But that excuse only goes so far...
See this scene for instance
There's no excuse here, kaioshin is shitting his pants at base Vegeta's playful blast... I mean... Piccolo, if he ever mistakenly assumed kaioshin was "dimensions apart" from him, would probably laugh at himself after seeing this reaction.

Another scene that bothers me is this:
He believes that everyone, including himself, needs to gang up on Yokon... Now this could be excused by the "scary, unpredictable magic" excuse, but this is a fighter/monster that he actually knows of... He knows his power... Soooooo... Yeah...

The only way to honestly accept Kaioshin > Piccolo is to assume that the base saiyans are VASTLY more powerful than Piccolo, which makes no sense, not only because of BoG, but because of the fact that they all seem to to still be around cell games Gohan level of strength. There's no doubt in anyones mind that ssj Gohan is stronger than Piccolo, but base gohan being in another dimension from piccolo?
Piccolo was one of the only people to actually stand a chance against Cell jr.s and this was before he spent 7 years doing whatever he did that gave him the confidence to bother joining the budakai.

This is a guy that, in 3 years, closed the gap between 2nd form frieza level to stronger than ssj namek goku level, with solo training alone.

Given what's seen, I REALLY have a hard time believing that Piccolo's statement was anything other than a statement of respect/faulty inference, based on assumptions made about the kaioshin race.
